Jelang HUT Ke-75 TNI, Lanal Yogyakarta Bersama Jajaran TNI POLRI DIY Laksanakan Ziarah

Dalam rangka menyambut Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Ke-74 Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) Tahun 2020 yang jatuh pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2020 mendatang, Pangkalan TNI Angkatan Laut (Lanal) Yogyakarta Lantamal V Koarmada II bersama jajaran TNI Polri wilayah Daerah istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) melaksanakan Ziarah Rombongan ke Makam Pahlawan di Taman Makam Pahlawan (TMP) Kusumanegara, Semaki Yogyakarta pada Rabu pagi (23/09/2020).

Gubernur Akademi TNI Angkatan Udara (AAU) Marsda TNI Nanang Santoso bertindak sebagai pimpinan ziarah didampingi Danrem 072/Pamungkas Brigjend TNI Ibnu Bintang Setiawan, S.I.P, M.M serta jajaran pimpinan TNI Polri DIY antara lain Kapolda DIY diwakili Wakapolda Brigjen Pol R. Slamet Santoso, S.H., S.I.K, Danlanud Adisucipto diwakili Kadisops Kolonel Pnb Sri Raharjo, Danlanal Yogyakarta diwakili oleh Palaksa Mayor Laut (P) Wahyu Hidayanto, pejabat Forkopimda DIY antara lain Gubernur DIY diwakili oleh Kadis Sosial Endang Patmintarsih, S.H., M.Si, Walikota Yogyakarta diwakili oleh Kadisnakertrans H. Sisruwadi, S.H., M.Kn. serta putra alm. Panglima Besar Jenderal Sudirman Muhammad Teguh Bambang Tjahjadi.

Adapun kesatuan-kesatuan turut hadir dalam ziarah yakni kelompok TNI AD dari Korem 072/Pmk, kelompok TNI AL dari Lanal Yogyakarta dan kelompok TNI AU dari Lanud Adisutjipto.

Rangkaian kegiatan ziarah diawali dengan upacara penghormatan kepada arwah Pahlawan, dilanjutkan dengan mengheningkan cipta dan peletakan karangan bunga serta diakhiri dengan upacara tabur bunga di atas pusara Makam Pahlawan dipimpin pimpinan ziarah dan diikuti segenap peserta ziarah.

Sebagai wujud penghargaan atas terpeliharanya dengan baik makam para pahlawan di TMP Kusumanegara, Gubernur AAU mewakili unsur pimpinan TNI Polri DIY memberikan bingkisan kepada para juru kunci dan juru rawat TMP.

Seusai pelaksanaan, Gubernur AAU didampingi unsur pimpinan TNI Polri melaksanakan press conference kepada rekan wartawan, disampaikan bahwa ziarah yang kita laksanakan di TMP ini bagian dari ziarah nasional yang tidak hanya dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian acara peringatan HUT TNI Ke-75, namun ziarah nasional ini juga menjadi wujud penghormatan dan penghargaan kepada para pahlawan yang telah gugur.

“Kita sebagai penerus harus bisa meneladani perjuangan para pahlawan yang sudah gugur mendahului kita dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia, adapun terkait masih dalam situasi Covid-19 pelaksanaan ziarah kita laksanakan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19, salah satunya pembatasan pasukan upacara yang terlibat” tandasnya.
