Saat Puan Salurkan Bantuan dan Bikin Warga Menangis Haru

BALI, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Ketua DPR RI Puan Maharani meminta pemerintah terus memperhatikan nasib masyarakat Bali yang terdampak parah pandemi Covid-19.

Menurut Puan, sektor Pariwisata sebagai penopang utama ekonomi masyarakat Bali, kini lumpuh akibat pandemi.

 

“Karena itu, perhatian pemerintah, perhatian DPR RI, salah satunya bagiamana agar dampak pandemi terhadap sektor Pariwisata ini tidak berkelanjutan.

Salah satunya dengan memberi bansos yang Bapak-Ibu terima sekarang,” ujar Puan, di hadapan warga penerima Bansos, di Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Jumat (16/10/2020).

Pemberian bansos dilakukan Puan yang didampingi Menteri Sosial Juliari Batubara, serta Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak I Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati, di Pendopo Jaba Pura, Desa Dauh Yeh Cani, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Badung.

Puan menegaskan, pemberian bansos jadi salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membantu warga bertahan di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Dia berjanji, DPR RI akan mengawasi ketat penyaluran anggaran bansos tersebut.

Selain itu, Puan berpesan agar warga taat pada protokol kesehatan mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 dan melaporkan jika ada penyelewengan bantuan sosial.

“Saya datang ke sini melakukan fungsi pengawasan DPR atas program bansos.

Gunakan bansos untuk hal-hal yang bermanfaat,” ungkap Puan, yang buyutnya berasal dari Buleleng, Singaraja, Bali, tersebut.

Puan secara simbolis menyerahkan bantuan sosial kepada tiga warga yang mewakili 776 keluarga penerima manfaat di Desa Dauh Yeh Cani.

Bantuan sosial yang diserahkan Puan terdiri dari uang tunai Rp.300 ribu, 15 kilogram beras, dan paket sembako.

Berdasarkan data Ditjen Penanganan Fakir Miskin Kementerian Sosial, jumlah anggaran bansos untuk Provinsi Bali mencapai Rp.935.471.000 untuk 174.480 keluarga penerima manfaat bansos sembako, 189.635 keluarga penerima bansos tunai, dan 934.300 keluarga penerima bantuan non PKH.

Meski capaian pencairan bantuan sudah 81 persen, Puan minta pemerintah tetap memberikan perhatian supaya masyarakat Bali bisa segera bangkit.

Usai memberikan bansos dan berdialog dengan warga, Puan meninjau Simulasi penyaluran Bantuan Sosial Tunai oleh PT Pos Indonesia, BSB oleh Bulog, dan Sembako oleh Bank BNI.

“Saya akan terus awasi, Penting menjaga kesejahteraan, keamanan, agar Bali bisa bangkit seperti semula,” ungkap politisi PDI Perjuangan tersebut.

Setelah itu, Puan memantau penyaluran bansos di Kelurahan Panjer, Denpasar.

Di Lokasi ini, perempuan pertama yang menjabat Ketua DPR RI itu melihat langsung transaksi penyaluran Bantuan Pangan non Tunai (BPNT) di e-Warong Kelompok Usaha Bersama (Kube) dan dilanjutkan berdialog dengan warga penerima manfaat.

Puan juga mendatangi dan mengecek rumah para penerima bansos.

Rumah pertama yang didatangi milik Ni Ketut Reki, seorang janda berusia 70 tahun, yang anaknya menyandang disabilitas.

Puan berdialog dengan Ibu tersebut, lalu menyerahkan bantuan paket sembako.

“Terima kasih Ibu Puan atas bantuan dan perhatiannya,” ujar Ni Ketut, yang dibalas Puan dengan senyum dan anggukan menahan haru.

Puan lalu melanjutkan perjalanannya dan berhenti di rumah Nyoman Suartini (42), seorang ibu penjual canang (wadah sajen).

Suami Nyoman Suartini kehilangan penghasilan lantaran tempat kerjanya terdampak Pandemi Covid-19.

Puan nampak berbincang dengan Nyoman Suartini, lalu menyerahkan Bansos Tunai untuk ibu 4 anak tersebut.

“Terima kasih kepada Ibu Puan, kepada Presiden dan Menteri Sosial atas bantuannya,” ujar Nyoman Suartini sambil menangis.
