Personil Polresta Banyumas Polda Jawa Tengah dan Brimob Kompi 3 Batalyon B Purwokerto diterjunkan dalam pengamanan aksi aliansi Semarak dan Kombas Tolak Undang Undang Omnibus Law di alun alun Purwokerto, Kamis (15/10).
Aksi yang berlangsung dari siang hari hingga malam hari ini terpaksa harus dibubarkan oleh petugas pengamanan.
Sebelum melakukan pembubaran massa, Kapolresta Banyumas Kombes Pol Whisnu Caraka, S.I.K., sempat melakukan diskusi terhadap sejumlah perwakilan dari mahasiswa.
Namun, diskusi tersebut menemui jalur buntu, Hingga akhirnya sejumlah anggota Brimob dan kendaraan water cannon dikerahkan guna membubarkan massa.
“Dalam pengamanan sesuai prosedur Perkap nomer 7 tahun 2012 tentang tata cara penyelenggaraan, pelayanan, pengamanan dan penanganan perkara penyampaian pendapat di muka umum”, ucapnya.
Dalam Perkap, pelaksanaan aksi unjuk rasa yang dilakukan oleh siapapun dibatasi hanya sampai pukul 18.00 wib. Tapi kita masih kasih kesempatan mereka untuk melakukan aksi hingga Pukul 20.00 Wib.
“Sehingga saat mereka melakukan itu, kami berfikir bahwa itu akan mengganggu ketertiban umum dan akhirnya sesuai protap yang ada kita lakukan pembubaran kepada massa,” terang Kapolresta Banyumas.
Lima orang yang diduga sebagai provokator dalam aksi tersebut kami amankan dan telah dilakukan pembinaan kepada yang bersangkutan.
“Yang bersangkutan kami datakan, klarifikasi dan dibuatkan surat pernyataan dengan menghadirkan pihak sekolah atau orang tua.
Dan mereka sudah kembali ke rumah masing masing”, tutupnya. (Red/Aj)
