“Saya lihat, Kagama di Bali ini memang jos. Kok terus ada kegiatan, sampai heran saya, apakah tidak dimarahi anak dan istri atau suami,” katanya saat membuka Rapat Kerja Daerah (Rakerda) Kagama, Sabtu (24/10/2020) secara virtual.
Bagi dia, Bali juga menjadi contoh karena menjadi daerah yang paling keras terkena dampak ekonomi dari COVID-19. Namun warga Bali tidak menunjukkan ekspresi kemarahan dan bisa menerima keadaan dengan kelapangan hati.
Dalam posisi itu, menurutnya, akan lebih mudah untuk mencari jalan dengan kreatif.
“Pengda Bali bisa menginiasi dan menjalin sinergi, bagaimana ekonomi begerak di tingkat lokal, kemudian bisa bekerjasama dengan daerah lain termasuk dengan Jawa Tengah,” jelasnya.
Potensi pariwisata lokal, menurutnya, bisa digali pada masa-masa ini termasuk dengan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengahnya (UMKM).
Acara Musda yang berlangsung di Warung Mina, Dalung dilakukan Kagama Bali untuk merealisasikan program kerja kepengurusan hasil Musda yang dipimpin oleh IGN Agung Diatmika.
Rakerda dibagi dalam 3 komisi, yakni komisi organisasi dan rekomendasi, komisi program kerja serta komisi dana usaha.
“Dalam situasi pandemi, menjadi tantangan yang berat untuk menjaga eksistensi organisasi, namun dengan potensi dan jaringan yang dimiliki Kagama, saya yakin akan banyak hal bisa dilakukan,” kata Diatmika.
Sementara dalam rekomendasinya, Kagama Bali menekankan perlunya menjadikan pandemi sebagai kesempatan untuk membenahi pariwisata Bali.
Posisi pariwisata pun harus diseimbangkan dengan 4 pilar ekonomi Bali lainnya, yakni pertanian, ekonomi upakara dan UMKM.
Keseimbangan ini bahkan harus tetap dijaga bila nantinya situasi pandemi telah berakhir.
