Puan: Pancasila Bintang Penuntun Indonesia Hadapi Semua Rintangan

Ketua DPR RI Puan Maharani mengatakan bahwa Pancasila merupakan bintang penuntun agar bangsa dan negara Indonesia dapat melalui segala tantangan zaman.

Oleh karena itu, Puan menegaskan, Pancasila sebagai jiwa bangsa Indonesia harus terus dirawat, diperkuat, dan diwujudkan dalam perilaku keseharian.

“Pancasila tidak semata-mata ditempatkan sebagai slogan, tetapi Pancasila harus diwujudkan dalam cara berpikir, berperilaku, dan berkarya bagi seluruh elemen masyarakat Indonesia,” kata Puan, saat memberikan sambutan dalam Round Table Discussion Lembaga Ketahanan Nasional, Selasa (27/10/2020).

Diskusi ini merupakan rangkaian Kajian Strategis Jangka Panjang Lemhanas dalam mencari bentuk implementasi nilai nilai Pancasila pada era globalisasi.

Puan menyampaikan, Pancasila hadir dan terwujud dalam jiwa manusia Indonesia yang berkebudayaan Indonesia, serta dalam politik negara di berbagai bidang untuk mencapai tujuan bernegara.

Wakil rakyat dari daerah pemilihan Jawa Tengah V itu menyampaikan, dalam era globalisasi seperti saat ini, kemajuan teknologi dan industri semakin cepat dan dinamis sekaligus menempatkan masyarakat kita terbuka dan terhubung secara sosial, budaya, ekonomi, dan politik.

Berbagai ideologi, cara berpikir, cara kerja, dan cara hidup, dengan mudah masuk, meski belum tentu sesuai dengan jati diri bangsa Indonesia.

Oleh karena itu, lanjut Puan, sangat penting memastikan agar negara menjamin Pancasila mengisi seluruh tatanan politik, sosial, ekonomi, budaya, kehidupan beragama, sebagai jiwa bangsa Indonesia.

“Kita tidak anti budaya asing. Kita tidak dapat mengisolasi diri dari pengaruh budaya asing. Akan tetapi dengan kepribadian jiwa bangsa yang kuat, maka budaya asing dapat disaring dan dilarutkan dalam kebudayaan nasional,” ujar politisi PDI Perjuangan tersebut.

Menurut Puan, agar ideologi dan budaya yang masuk tidak merusak sendi-sendi Pancasila, diperlukan komitmen dan tanggung jawab bersama dari legislatif, eksekutif, maupun yudikatif untuk tetap menjaga Pancasila.

Dalam Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan, disebutkan dalam Pasal 2 bahwa Pancasila merupakan sumber segala sumber hukum negara.

“Tantangan bagi pembentuk peraturan perundang-undangan adalah bagaimana menempatkan Pancasila teraktualisasi dalam proses pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan yang embedded dalam setiap tahapannya,” ujar Puan.

Sebagai konsekuensi dari sumber dari segala sumber hukum, kata Puan, maka semua norma dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan Republik Indonesia tidak boleh bertentangan dengan Pancasila dan nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya.

“Tidak ada tempat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan Republik Indonesia yang mengabaikan Pancasila,” ungkap Puan.

Dia menyatakan, selama 75 tahun Indonesia merdeka, Pancasila sudah menjadi falsafah, ideologi, dasar negara, dan kekuatan negeri ini dalam melalui berbagai tantangan.

“Kita harus yakin seyakin-yakinnya bahwa selama Pancasila masih ada di hati orang Indonesia maka selama itu juga Indonesia akan terus ada,” ucap Puan.

“Kita harus yakin bahwa seberat apapun tantangan yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia, selama kita jadikan Pancasila sebagai bintang penuntun, maka Insya Allah kita mampu melalui setiap kesulitan dan menggapai mimpi serta cita-cita bersama,” pungkas Puan.
