PELALAWAN – Rabu 28 Oktober 2020 Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Pelalawan kembali menggelar kegiatan Operasi Zebra Lancang Kuning 2020, Pelaksanaan akan berlangsung selama dua pekan, atau hingga 8 November 2020.
Kapolres Pelalawan AKBP.Indra Wijatmiko, S.IK melalui Kasat Lantas Polres Pelalawan AKP.Teguh Wiyono, S.H, M.H menjelaskan bila dalam operasi kali ini lebih menekankan kegiataan preemtif dan Preventif dari pada kegiatan Penegakan Hukum, dengan Perbandingan 40 % ( Preemtif dan Preventif ), 20 % ( Penegakan Hukum ).
Namun demikian, bukan berarti tidak akan ada penindakan. Karena tetap ada fokus pelanggaran lalu lintas yang jadi prioritas pada Operasi Zebra Lancang Kuning 2020 tahun ini,”ujar Teguh.
Lebih lanjut di jelaskan Kasat AKP.Teguh Wiyono penerapan sanksi atau denda pelanggaran akan merujuk pada Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan Nomor 22 Tahun 2009.
Penegakan Hukum pada saat Operasi zebra Lancang Kuning 2020 saat ini sifatnya hunting pada titik-titik yang menjadi kerawanan pelanggaran dan kecelakaan.
Ada 8 jenis pelanggaran lalu lintas yang akan menjadi fokusnya, antara lain :
1. Tidak Menggunakan Helm SNI
2. Melawan Arus
3. Menggunakan Hp saat Berkendara
4. Berkendara Saat Mabuk
5. Berkendara dibawah umur
6. Tidak menggunakan Safety Belt
7. Berkendara Melebihi batas kecepatan
8. Mobil Pribadi yang menggunakan Lampu Strobo.
Hari ketiga operasi puluhan pengendara sudah ditilang dan ratusan lainnya diberikan teguran terhadap Pelanggar Lalu Lintas,”pungkas Kasat.
Ditambahkan Teguh selain dari hal tersebut, kami juga melaksanakan kegiatan Preemtif dan Preventif pada tempat-tempat yang sering terjadi Pelanggaran, Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas.
Pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 saat ini, selain memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya Berlalu Lintas, kami juga memberikan edukasi terhadap Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 saat ini,”imbuh Kasat AKP Teguh Wiyono **(lrs/dy)
