BELU, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Untuk menunjukkan rasa toleransi antar umat beragama, personil Satgas pamtas Yonif RK 744/SYB Pos Dafala dibawah pimpinan Lettu Inf I Gusti Saputra S,H bersama personilnya bergabung bersama warga Jemaat malaksanakan pembersihan Halaman Gereja Stasi dafala di desa Dafala, kecamatan tasifeto timur, kabupaten belu, Rabu (04/11/2020).
Hal tersebut disampaikan Dansatgas Yonif RK 744/SYB Letkol Inf Alfat Denny Andrian, dalam rilis tertulisnya di Kabupaten Belu, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Kamis (5/11/2020).
Dikatakannya, kebersihan rumah ibadah umat Kristiani perlu dijaga agar saat jemaat beribadah akan memberi rasa aman dan nyaman.
“Gereja adalah salah satu sarana beribadah bagi umat Kristen, penting dijaga kebersihannya agar memberikan rasa nyaman bagi setiap jemaat yang beribadah. Demikian pula dengan tempat ibadah-ibadah lainnya.” jelasnya
Terpisah, Dankipur 3 pos Dafala Lettu (Inf) I Gusti Saputra, S.H. bahwa kebersihan rumah-rumah ibadah seperti Gereja, Masjid, Pura adalah hal yang mutlak dan harus dilaksanakan, personil Satgas pos Dafala dan Jemaat Gereja saling bahu membahu melaksanakan pembersihan di dalam maupun di dalam gereja.
Atas keterlibatan TNI dalam pembersihan tersebut, Bapak Frans Bouk selaku Ketua Jemaat Gereja dafala mengucapkan terimakasih kepada anggota Pos Dafala.
“Terima kasih banyak kepada seluruh personil Pos dafala yang telah turut serta membantu membersihkan Gereja.
Pertemuan ini adalah bentuk toleransi umat beragama karena kami tahu personil Pos yang ikut melaksanakan pembersihan ini tidak semuanya beragama Kristen,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu Dansatgas kembali mengatakan, kegiatan semacam ini bukan hal yang pertama namun sudah dan sering dilaksanakan di seluruh pos jajaran kami.
“Kami di dalam melaksanakan tugas di perbatasan RI-RDTL ini tidak membeda-bedakan agama, suku, ras dan lain sebagainya karena kami hadir untuk semua kalangan dan kebebasan memeluk agama dan menjalankan ajaran agamanya masing-masing juga harus dihormati.” tegasnya
Disimpulkannya, Kita semua adalah sama-sama ciptaan Tuhan dan kita semua adalah saudara.
Oleh karena itu kita harus saling membantu serta harus saling menghargai antara satu dengan yang lainnya. (Red/AJ)
