Paslon Amerta Janji Dukung Pelestarian “Geguntangan” Sekaa Santhi Giri Swara

DENPASAR, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Tabuh Geguntangan yang dipentaskan Sekaa Santhi Giri Swara membuat Paslon Amerta dan tim relawan yang hadir tampak terpukau menyaksikan kesenian yang mulai langka itu.

“Kesenian ini sangat penting bagi Denpasar. Karena itu harus dilestarikan dan didukung pengembangannya agar bisa eksis di tengah masyarakat modern ini,” ujar Ngurah Ambara usai menyaksikan penampilan Sekaa Santhi Giri Swara, Rabu (18/11) malam di bilangan Gatsu Barat Denpasar.

Pada kesempatan itu sekaa santhi yang beranggotakan sekitar 40 orang itu menyatakan dukungan dan kebulatan tekad untuk memenangkan Paslon Amerta dalam Pilkada Kota Denpasar pada 9 Desember mendatang.

Koordinator Pesantian Giri Swara, Sri Artha mengharapkan seni budaya ini diberikan ruang untuk mengekspresikan diri, sehingga bisa tetap ‘ajeg’. Untuk itu, sekaa menyatakan kebulatan tekad mendukung kemenangan Amerta.

“Dengan konsep Denpasar Berseri, Denpasar Smart City, Berbudaya dan Berdaya Saing, saya yakin Denpasar akan menjadi kota yang diidam-idamkan kita semua. Semoga beliau menjadi Walikota Denpasar,” harapnya

Ngurah Ambara menyatakan keikutsertaan dalam pilkada ini adalah untuk memajukan Kota Denpasar agar tidak tertinggal dengan kabupaten yang lain serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya.

“Karena itu visi-misi dan program yang akan dilaksanakan pro rakyat yakni meringankan beban rakyat yang dirasakan semakin berat,” ujarnya.

Program tersebut di antaranya membuka lapangan kerja melalui peningkatan UMKM, bantuan kesehatan dan pendidikan serta pemberian tunjangan Rp1 juta bagi warga yang melahirkan dan Rp10 untuk yang meninggal.

Sebelumnya dalam simakrama dengan puluhan warga yang sebagian besar kalangan milenial di Kelurahan Sumerta, dukungan juga disampaikan kepada Paslon Amerta.

Warga juga berharap setelah terpilih nanti jadi Walikota agar memenuhi janji-janjinya. Program Amerta ini dinilai sangat bagus dan membantu rakyat karena itu harus ditepati sebab menjadi harapan rakyat. (Aj/Gustu)
