JAKARTA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Sebanyak 1,2 juta dosis vaksin COVID-19 dalam bentuk jadi produksi Sinovac telah tiba di tanah air pada Minggu (06/12/2020) malam). Vaksin ini tiba dengan kargo khusus pesawat Garuda Indonesia melalui rute Jakarta-Beijing-Jakarta.
Menteri Koordinator (Menko) Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto, dalam pernyataannya Minggu (06/12/2020) malam, menyambut baik kedatangan vaksin tersebut.
“Kedatangan vaksin COVID-19 ini merupakan momentum awal dari langkah nyata pemerintah dalam proses pengadaan vaksin dan pelaksanaan vaksinasi di Indonesia, sekaligus menerjemahkan pernyataan Bapak Presiden di mana keselamatan rakyat sebagai prioritas utama dalam penanganan COVID-19,” ujar Airlangga.
Melengkapi upaya 3T (testing, tracing, dan treatment) serta 3M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan, dan menjaga jarak), tutur Airlangga, pelaksanaan vaksinasi adalah upaya yang sangat penting dalam mengakhiri pandemi.
“Ketiga hal tersebut, 3T, 3M, dan vaksinasi harus selalu berjalan bersamaan sampai kita semua di Indonesia, di seluruh dunia benar-benar lepas dari pandemi COVID-19,’ tuturnya.
Pelaksanaan ketiga hal tersebut, imbuhnya akan semakin membangkitkan rasa aman dan percaya diri bangsa Indonesia.
“Dengan terus meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan, melalui 3M dan 3T maka pelaksanaan vaksinasi akan semakin membangun rasa aman dan kepercayaan diri kita sebagai bangsa dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas sosial ekonomi kita untuk mendukung ketahanan kesehatan, mendorong produktivitas, serta untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional,” ujar Airlangga.
Dalam pernyataannya, Menko Perekonomian juga menyampaikan, meskipun vaksin COVID-19 sudah tiba di Tanah Air, namun pelaksanaan vaksinasi masih harus melewati tahapan-tahapan dari Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM).
“Pelaksanaan vaksinasi masih harus melewati tahapan evaluasi dari Badan POM, untuk memastikan aspek mutu, keamanan, dan efektivitasnya. Selain itu juga menunggu fatwa MUI untuk aspek kehalalannya,” terang Airlangga.
Terbitkan Aturan Skema Vaksin
Menko Perekonomian menegaskan, kedatangan dan ketersediaan vaksin COVID-19 serta pelaksanaan vaksinasi di Indonesia akan berlangsung secara bertahap.
“Pelaksanaan vaksinasi dilakukan juga secara bertahap dengan prioritas untuk tenaga kesehatan dan petugas layanan publik yang telah diatur secara teknis oleh Pak Menteri Kesehatan,” paparnya.
Pengadaan vaksin ini, imbuhnya, sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 99 Tahun 2020 tentang Pengadaan Vaksin dan Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi COVID-19 yang diatur lebih lanjut dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 28 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Vaksin Dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi COVID-19.
Kemudian dilengkapi dengan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 6587/2020 tentang Penugasan PT Bio Farma dalam Pengadaan Vaksin COVID-19, serta Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 9860/2020 tentang Penetapan Jenis Vaksin untuk Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi COVID-19.
“Di dalam peraturan-peraturan tersebut disebutkan telah diatur skema pelaksanaan vaksinasi yaitu vaksin program pemerintah yang akan disediakan secara gratis dan vaksin mandiri yang disediakan secara berbayar untuk masyarakat.
Aturan rinci untuk untuk kedua skema tersebut akan diterbitkan dalam 1-2 minggu ke depan,” pungkas Airlangga. (Aj/Boy A)
