PAPUA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Tepat tanggal 12 Desember 2020, Yonif Raider 515 Kostrad merayakan hari lahirnya yang ke-71. Puncak perayaan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-71 Macan Kumbang kali ini diperingati di Daerah Penugasan Pos Komando Taktis Tiom Kabupaten Lanny Jaya Provinsi Papua. (12/12/2020).
Kegiatan yang diikuti sebanyak 150 orang yang terdiri dari prajurit Satgas Pamtas Mobile Yonif Raider 515 Kostrad, perwakilan tokoh adat dan agama Tiom Lanny Jaya, Muspida Kab. Lanny Jaya, Kapolres Lanny Jaya beserta jajaran, Danyonif Para Raider 432 beserta staf, Koramil Tiom, Satgas Ter Kodim pembentukan Lanny Jaya dan masyarakat setempat.
Kegiatan diawali dengan sambutan Komandan Satgas Batalyon Infanteri Raider 515 Kostrad Mayor Inf Jon Patar H. Banjarnahor, dilanjutkan pembacaan doa bersama oleh Tokoh Agama Tiom Lanny Jaya Papua.
Dalam sambutannya, beliau mengucapkan “Selamat Ulang Tahun yang ke 71 Tahun Yonif Raider 515 Kostrad dan selamat berbahagia” kepada seluruh prajurit dan serta keluarga besar Yonif Raider 515 Kostrad di mana pun berada dan bertugas.
“Momentum peringatan ulang tahun ke-71 Tahun ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk mewujudkan prajurit yang handal, professional, semakin dicintai oleh rakyat dan semoga selalu mendapatkan keselamatan dan keberhasilan dalam penugasan ini,” ungkap Danyon.
“Disamping itu, saya berharap dengan peringatan ini dapat memicu motivasi seluruh prajurit Satgas Pamtas Mobile Papua Yonif Raider 515 Kostrad untuk selalu mempersembahkan karya terbaik kepada satuan yang kita cintai ini.
