Makasar.Beritaterkini.com. Pada Sabtu, 27 Februari 2021 pukul 01.00 Wita, Tim Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) sebanyak 9 orang telah melakukan Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT) kepada Gubernur Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Nurdin Abdullah, M. Agr., di Rumah Jabatan Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan.
Berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyelidikan No : Sprin.Lidik-98/01/10/2020,
Tim KPK telah mengamankan beberapa orang, antara lain :
1. Agung Sucipto (Kontraktor, 64 tahun)
2. Nuryadi (Sopir Agung Sucipto, 36 tahun)
3. Samsul Bahri (Adc Gubernur Provinsi Sulsel, Polri, 48 tahun)
4. Edy Rahmat (Sekdis PU Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan)
5. Irfandi (Sopir Edy Rahmat)
Barang bukti yang diamankan oleh Tim KPK, yaitu 1 (satu) koper berisi uang sebesar Rp1 milyar, diamankan di Rumah Makan Nelayan Jl. Ali Malaka, Kec. Ujung Pandang, Kota Makassar.
Tim KPK kemudian langsung membawa Prof. Dr. Ir. H. M. Nurdin Abdullah, M. Agr., dan rombongan langsung ke Klinik Transit di Jln. Poros Makassar untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan swab antigen untuk persiapan berangkat ke Jakarta melalui Bandara Sultan Hasanudin.
Tim KPK dan rombongan dikawal oleh 4 orang Anggota Detasemen Gegana Polda Sulsel, antara lain :
1. Iptu Cahyadi
2. Bripka Laode Budi
3. Briptu Sardi Ahmad
4. Bripda M. Syaharuddin
Kemudian pada pukul 05.44 Wita, rombongan selesai untuk berangkat ke Jakarta.
Menanggapi informasi tersebut, Dewan Pengurus Nasional Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara negara & Pengawas Anggaran Republik Indonesia (BPI KPNPA RI) memberikan apresiasi kepada KPK di bawah kepemimpinan Komjen Pol Firli Bahuri.
Dengan adanya operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) besar-besaran di wilayah Sulawesi Selatan, yang telah menggait orang nomor satu di Sulsel dan jajarannya itu, kami sangat apresiasi. “Artinya, bahwa gerakan KPK yang sangat luar biasa ini tanpa tebang pilih,” tutur Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar, S.sos., SH., selaku Ketua Umum BPI KPNPA RI.
Dan sejak awal kita dari BPI KPNPA RI melalui Jajaran yang ada di Sulawesi Selatan senantiasa pro aktif melakukan pullbaket data terkait adanya tindak pidana korupsi dan sudah banyak masuk laporan dari BPI KPNPA RI Sulawesi Selatan kepada KPK terkait kasus Tindak Pidana Korupsi
Senada disampaikan Sekjen BPI KPNPA RI, Misradi, SH. Ia mengatakan, “Hukum harus ditegakkan. Jangan sampai seperti mata pisau, yang runcing ke bawah, namun tumpul ke atas,” imbuhnya , untuk itu BPI KPNPA RI akan terus bersynergi dengan KPK terkait Pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi .(red)
