Jakarta.Beritaterkini.co.id. Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Nurul Ghufron menyebutkan, untuk menunjuk pengganti Artidjo Alkostar merupakan kewenangan dari Presiden Joko Widodo alias Jokowi.

Diketahui anggota Dewan Pengawas KPK Artidjo Alkostar wafat pada Minggu, 28 Februari 2021.

Menurut Ghufron, mekanisme pergantian anggota Dewas KPK diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 tentang Tata Cara Pengangkatan Ketua dan Anggota Dewan Pengawas KPK.

Melihat kebutuhan KPK dalam Penegakan Hukum, Pencegahan dan Penindakan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, masyarakat membutuhkan hadir satu tokoh dan sosok yang tepat untuk mengisi salah satu pejabat dewan pengawas di tubuh KPK.

TB Rahmad Sukendar SH, S.sos adalah salah satu pilihan yang tepat dan terbaik untuk menjadi pilihan Presiden Jokowi mengisi kekosongan jabatan tersebut.

Sebabnya, Pria yang pernah masuk bursa calon komisioner KPK ini sangat aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan pencegahan, Pengawasan dan pelaporan dalam mengungkap kasus-kasus besar Tindak Pidana Korupsi.

Ketua Umum Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara dan Pengawas Anggaran Republik Indonesia yang sering dikenal BPI KPNPA RI memiliki Anggota jaringan Investigasi dan Deputy Intelijen di seluruh wilayah provinsi, kabupaten dan kota yang ada di wilayah kesatuan negara republik Indonesia.
