Jawabarat.Beritaterkini.co.id. Berawal dari kecurigaan Petugas terhadap barang yang dititipkan untuk penghuni lapas.Berdasar dari kecurigaan, petugas memeriksa barang titipan, yang berupa minuman kemasan teh kotak.
Dan memang benar, sesudah di buka,didalamnya terdapat satu bungkus plastik besar dan satu bungkus plastik kecil yang diduga Narkoba jenis Sabu.
Untuk Kronologi lengkapnya seperti ini:
Pada hari Sabtu tanggal 17 April 2021 pukul 09.00 WIB petugas penggeledahan barang Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung menemukan 1 (satu) bungkus plastik besar dan 1 (satu) bungkus plastik kecil yang diduga Narkotika jenis Sabu di dalam minuman kemasan Teh Kotak yang dibawa oleh pengantar barang atas nama Ema Warlika.
Ema Warlika diketahui akan mengantarkan barang bagi WBP atas nama Jajang Bin Caca yang menghuni kamar Blok Delta 15 melalui layanan penitipan barang kunjungan.
Tindakan yang diambil berikutnya adalah mengamankan pengunjung, atas nama Ema Warlika berikut barang bukti 1 (satu) bungkus plastik besar dan 1 (satu) bungkus plastik kecil yang diduga Narkotika jenis Sabu.
Mengamankan narapidana atas nama Jajang Bin Caca untuk dimintai keterangan, serta melaksanakan razia / penggeledahan pada kamar hunian Delta 15 yang dihuni oleh narapidana Jajang Bin Caca.
Razia/penggeledahan oleh Ka.KPLP, diikuti oleh Kasi Admin Kamtib, Kasubsi Portatib, Kasubsi Keamanan, Staff KPLP, Staff Kamtib, serta Regu Pengamanan Pagi.
Hasil razia / penggeledahan berupa :
• Hp 2 buah;
• Headset 3 buah;
• Charger HP 3 buah;
• Gulungan kabel 2 buah;
• Terminal listrik rakitan 1 gulung;
• Speaker kecil 1 buah;
• Alat cukur 4 buah;
• Kartu remi 1 pack;
• Ginting kecil 1 buah;
• Gunting kuku 1 buah;
• Senjata rakitan (SIKIM) 1 buah;
• Tespen 1 buah;
• Sendok stainless 4 bauh;
• Pemanas air buatan 1 buah;
• Narkoba Nihil.
Untuk Selanjutnya Kalapas Melaporkan kepada Kadiv Pemasyarakatan Jawa Barat dan meminta petunjuk pada kesempatan pertama.
Dan Kalapas melakukan koordinasi dan bersinergi dengan Ka. Polresta Bandung untuk penyelidikan lebih lanjut, terkait tindak pidana Narkotika.
