Bandung, Beritaterkini.co.id- Pada hari SELASA tanggal 25 Mei 2021 pukul 14.00 WIB petugas penggeledahan barang Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung menemukan 9 (sembilan) bungkus plastik yang diduga Narkotika jenis Sabu yang disisipkan di dalam 3 (tiga) bungkus kemasan makanan ringan merek Fitbar dari total 12 (dua belas) bungkus kemasan yang dibawa oleh pengantar barang a.n DESWAN SAHBHANI yang diketahui akan mengantarkan barang bagi WBP a.n SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT yang menghuni kamar Blok Carli 1 melalui layanan penitipan barang kunjungan.
Tindakan yang diambil berikutnya oleh petugas penggeledahan barang adalah mengamankan pengunjung a.n DESWAN SAHBHANI berikut barang bukti 3 (tiga) bungkus kemasan makanan ringan merek Fitbar yang didalamnya terdapat 9 (sembilan) bungkus plastik yang diduga Narkotika jenis Sabu dan melaporkan kejadian kepada Ka. KPLP melalui Ka. Rupam.
Ka. KPLP kemudian menyusun rencana penjebakan untuk kemudian dilaksanakan oleh Tim KPLP dan Kamtib dengan cara memasukkan sisa barang titpan pengunjung a.n. DESWAN SAHBHANI agar kemudian diambil oleh narapidana a.n. SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT sebagai tujuan pengantaran barang untuk kemudian dilakukan pencegatan.
Upaya penjebakan dan pencegatan ini dilakukan untuk menghindari kemungkinan pemesan barang yang sebenarnya mengelabui petugas dengan cara mengarahkan pengantar barang untuk mengantar barang dengan mencantumkan nama narapidana lain sebagai tujuan pengantaran barang. Hasil yang didapatkan dari upaya penjebakan dan pencegatan adalah bahwa benar yang mengambil barang titipan adalah narapidana a.n. SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT, sehingga narapidana a.n. SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT kemudian diamankan untuk dimintai keterangan.
Setelah dilakukan pengambilan keterangan dari narapidana a.n. SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT, didapati keterangan bahwa yang melakukan pemesanan terhadap barang berupa 12 (dua belas) bungkus makanan ringan merek Fitbar yang mana dalam 3 (tiga) bungkus diantaranya disisipkan 9 (sembilan) bungkusan yang diduga berisi narkotika jenis sabu adalah narapidana a.n. ANTONY bin IDING SUHENDI yang juga menghuni kamar Carli 1.
Selanjutnya yang petugas mengamankan narapidana a.n. ANTONY bin INDING SUHENDI dan melakukan penggeledahan kamar Carli 1 untuk menemukan kemungkinan adanya alat komunikasi yang digunakan oleh narapidana SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT dan ANTONY bin IDING SUHENDI.
Dari hasil penggeledahan didapati hasil berupa 2 (dua) buah handphone jenis android yang kemudian setelah dilakukan penyelidikan diketahui dimiliki oleh narapidana a.n. SURYA YUDI PERMANA bin AA HIDAYAT dan ANTONY bin IDING SUHENDI.
Setelah didapati keterangan yang cukup, Ka. Lapas kemudian berkoordinasi dengan Kadiv Pas Jawa Barat, dan kemudian berkoordinasi dengan Ka. Polresta Bandung setelah mendapatkan arahan dari Kadiv Pas Jawa Barat. Pukul 19.00 WIB Tim Penyidik Sat Res Narkoba Polresta Bandung sampai di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Bandung untuk melakukan penyelidikan awal.
Dari hasil penyelidikan, Tim Penyidik menemukan keterangan dan bukti yang cukup untuk menaikkan status penyelidikan menjadi penyidikan terkait tindak pidana narkotika. Pengantar barang a.n. DESWAN SAHBHANI kemudian diamankan oleh Tim Penyidik, dan narapidana a.n.
