Duta Persada Lestari, Simon Wangdra selaku pengembang Perumahan Griya Duta Tanah Mas melalui Pic Musiku Polda Sumsel, Dewie Irawati mengatakan Perumahan ini merupakan perumahan subsidi bagi Polri yang telah di Louncing oleh Kapolda Sumsel tadi sebagai Perumahan Musiku Polda Sumsel dalam Program Kapolri 100 ribu Unit Rumah bagi PNPP.
“Namun walaupun demikian, perumahan Duta Tanah Mas ini juga kami jual kepada untuk Umum,dengan syarat sesuai prosedur kepemilikan perumahan bersubsidi antara lain syarat penghasilan UMR sampai dengan Rp. 8 juta,” kata Dewie usai acara launching Perumahan Musiku Polda Sumsel oleh Kapolda Sumsel..
Lanjutnya, sesuai kebijakan bank saat ini yang boleh memiliki rumah bersubsidi hanya pegawai tetap, gaji transfer, atau pegawai honor dengan SK gaji transfer.
“Total perumahan di sini ada 4 blok sebanyak 622 unit, walaupun ini rumah subsidi tapi konsepnya komersil -Cluster System (Blok A, B, C, D), one gate system dengan 2 jalur jalan Keluar Masuk Kendaraan dan di tambah dengan fasilitas umum seperti jalan sudah cor, listrik 1300 Watt, lampu sudah kami pasang, bahkan bukan itu saja di depan perumahan ini ada Unit Ruko Bisnis Duta Tanah Mas dan sudah Ada minimarket dan laundry bahkan dekat dengan akses jalan utama. Segera dibangun Tempat Ibadah Perumahan (Mushola) dan Area Taman Terbuka di Blok B,”beber Dewie.
