Pengucapan Ikrar Setia terhadap NKRI Narapidana Tindak Pidana Teroris di Lapas Cibinong

Cibinong, Beritaterikini.co.id- Satu orang narapidana tindak pidana terorisme dengan inisial SJ bertekad kembali ke Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). Hal itu ditegaskan dalam pengucapan ikrar setia NKRI di Lapas Kelas IIA Cibinong, Bogor, Senin (21/6/2021).

Pengucapan Ikrar NKRI merupakan bentuk implementasi hasil program deradikalisasi, yaitu sebagai pengikat tekad dan semangat, serta penegasan untuk bersedia kembali membangun kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dalam bingkai NKRI.

Selain itu, pengucapan ikrar ini juga sebagai syarat bagi narapidana tindak pidana terorisme apabila di kemudian hari mengajukan pembebasan bersyarat, menjelang bebas, dan program lainnya.

Narapidana yang sudah mengucapkan ikrar setia diharapkan dapat menjadi agen yang membantu pemerintah untuk memberikan pencerahan bagi orang-orang disekitarnya sehingga menghambat proses penyebaran radikalisme di masyarakat.

“Semoga ini menjadi awal untuk membuka jalan para Narapidana kembali ke masyarakat. Masyarakat diharapkan dapat menerima kembalinya para narapidana terorisme ini ke tengah mereka,” ungkap Kakanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Barat, Sudjonggo.

Kalapas Cibinong, Usman Masjid, mengapresiasi setiap langkah sinergi yang telah dihimpun bersama hingga sejauh ini, khususnya dalam pembinaan terhadap narapidana terorisme.

“Ikrar setia NKRI ini terwujud atas sinergi yang terjalin antar aparat penegak hukum khususnya di wilayah Bogor, untuk itu saya mengucapkan terima kasih dan siap untuk meningkatkan kerjasama yang telah dijalin.” Ucap Usman.

Pelaksanaan upacara ikrar setia NKRI diawali dengan menjalani pembacaan ikrar, penandatanganan, serta penciuman bendera merah putih. Kegiatan ini juga disaksikan langsung oleh sejumlah perwakilan, mulai dari Direktur Pembinaan Narapidana & Latihan Kerja Produksi Ditjen PAS, Densus 88 POLRI, Badan Intelejen Negara (BIN), Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT), Kementerian Agama, Polres, Kodim, dan Ka.UPT Se-Bogor Raya tamu undangan lainnya.
