BPI KPNPA RI: KPK Segera Tangkap Suryadi Halim Alias Tando, Tersangka KPK Masih Berkeliaran di Kota Padang.
JAKARTA.Beritaterkini.co.id. Suryadi Halim alias Tando, Kontraktor ternama Kota Padang. Beberapa waktu lalu telah ditetapkan tersangka oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) bersama sembilan kontraktor lainnya.
Namun diluar dugaan ada beberapa pihak yang menyampaikan dan mengatakan bahwa Tando disinyalir masih berkeliaran di Kota Bengkuang ini.

Seperti diketahui, Suryadi Halim ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh KPK, atas dugaan kongkalingkong proyek pembangunan di Kabupaten Bengkalis, Provinsi Riau.
Ketua Umum Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara & Pengawas Anggaran RI ( BPI KPNPA RI ) Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar , begitu mendapat informasi dari Herman Tanjung Ketua BPI KPNPA RI Sumbar yang melihat keberadaan tando sedang ngopi di warung kedai kopi menjadi bertanya tanya.

Dikatakan Tb Rahmad Sukendar bahwa informasi yang disampaikan oleh Ketua BPI KPNPA RI Sumbar Herman Tanjung pada hari ini kamis 8 Juli 2021 jam 11.30 bahwa Tando terlihat sedang berada di warung kedai kopi dan sepertinya tidak takut dirinya terlihat oleh orang lain terkait dengan keberadaan nya yang sudah menjadi Tersangka di KPK tersebut ,dan untuk kali ini banyak juga dari rekan rekan media di kota padang yang terpaksa menonton saja menyikapi Suryadi Halim yang masih berkeliaran di Kota Padang. Alasannya, disebabkan pimpinan KPK tidak ada nyali untuk menahan Tando yang sudah hampir 2 tahun ditetapkan sebagai tersangka di KPK
“Media lain silahkan saja menulis atau mengeksposnya, namun media kami lebih memilih bersikap menonton. Sebab yang lain sudah memberitakan persoalan Suryadi Halim ini,” pungkasnya.
Dihimpun dari berbagai sumber yang layak dipercaya, kesembilan orang yang ditetapkan KPK sebagai tersangka. Yakni, M Nasir selaku mantan Kadis PU Bengkalis, Handoko selaku kontraktor, Melia Boentaran selaku kontraktor, Tirtha Ardhi Kazmi selaku pejabat pembuat komitmen, I Ketut Surbawa selaku kontraktor, etrus Edy Susanto selaku kontraktor, Didiet Hadianto selaku kontraktor, Firjan Taufa selaku kontraktor, dan Viktor Sitorus yang juga selaku kontraktor.
Kemudian, kesepuluh orang itu ditetapkan sebagai tersangka karena diduga melakukan tindak pidana korupsi di empat dari total paket proyek pembangunan jalan di Bengkalis, Riau.
Keempat proyek tersebut adalah peningkatan Jalan Lingkar Bukit Batu-Siak Kecil, peningkatan Jalan Lingkar Pulau Bengkalis, pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Barat Duri, dan pembangunan Jalan Lingkar Timur Duri.
Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan sementara terhadap keempat proyek tersebut, diduga mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan negara kurang-lebih sebesar total Rp 475 miliar dan para tersangka dikenai Pasal 2 ayat (1) atau Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Sebelumnya KPK menetapkan empat orang tersangka, yakni Bupati Bengkalis Amril Mukminin, M Nasir, Direktur PT Mitra Bungo Abadi Makmur alias Aan, dan Hobby Siregar.
Selanjutnya M Nasir bersama Hobby Siregar dan Makmur ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dugaan korupsi proyek peningkatan jalan Batu Panjang-Pangkalan Nyirih, Bengkalis. Sedangkan Bupati Bengkalis Amril Mukminin sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan suap terkait proyek pembangunan jalan Duri-Sei Pakning di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Amril diduga menerima suap Rp 5,6 miliar.
Proyek jalan itu terdiri atas enam paket pekerjaan pada 2012 dengan total anggaran Rp 537,33 miliar. Amril diduga sempat menerima Rp 2,5 miliar untuk memuluskan anggaran proyek peningkatan jalan Duri-Sei Pakning multiyears tahun 2017-2019.
BPI KPNPA RI meminta KPK segera melakukan penahanan terhadap Tando karena bila dibiarkan terus menerus akan menjadi preseden buruk bagi penegakkan hukum dan akan banyak suara sumbang terkait dengan reputasi KPK yang belum juga ada keberanian untuk menahan Tando , ada apa dengan KPK ?? ? Sementara pengusaha kondang Kota Padang Suryadi Halim, sampai berita ini ditayangkan, masih belum berhasil dikonfirmasi.
