Empat Media Akan Somasi Kaban Ispektorat Buol Bersoal Klarifikasi Kasus Tabrak Lari

Buol, Beritaterkini.co.id- selasa/3/8/2021. Menyikapi peristiwa tabrak lari yang terjadi yang melibatkan AR, oknum pejabat Kepala Badan Inspektorat, Kabupaten Buol, Sulawesi Tengah yang kemudian melakukan klarifikasi secara sepihak serta menuding jika Media beritaterkini melakukan pemberitaan sepihak tentang kejadian tersebut, jelas tidak seperti faktanya.

Tudingan bahwa Media beritaterkini tanpa konfirmasi ke dia (AR), dengan sangat menyesal kami harus bantah jika tanpa upaya konfirmasi. Sebab setelah kejadian di TKP, wartawan kami yang kebetulan melintas hanya melihat kedua korban yang mengerang kesakitan dan terkapar di jalanan.

Wartawan kami pun tidak melihat samasekali mobil dinas oknum AR tersebut dan kemudian segera menelpon AR berulang kali, tetapi Handphone/ selulernya tidak aktif.

Kemudian wartawan kami segera bergerak ke arah Mapolres Buol. Namun sebelumnya, wartawan kami setelah melihat peristiwa lakalantas itu segera mengkorfimasi kepada masyarakat sekitar dan terkuak, bahwa mobil Plat (merah) DN 12 F adalah milik oknum AR yang sama sekali tidak mau berhenti, malah tancap gas.

Menurut beberapa sumber masyarakat setempat, yang sangat jelas telah melanggar aturan wajib berhenti dan segera menolong korbannya baru melapor ke pihak berwajib sebagaimana aturan Pasal 231 Ayat 1 UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (UULLAJ), setiap pengemudi kendaraan bermotor yang terlibat kecelakaan maka wajib :

a. Menghentikan kendaraan yang dikemudikannya.

b. Memberikan pertolongan kepada korban.

c. Melaporkan kecelakaan kepada kepolisian terdekat, dan

d. Memberikan keterangan yang terkait dengan kejadian kecelakaan.

Dalam artian bahwa yang bersangkutan sangat jelas telah melakukan pelecehan hukum dengan dalih takut berhenti setelah pasca Lakalantas tersebut. Padahal tidak satupun masyarakat yang ingin berbuat anarkis, malah sebaliknya berasumsi jika masyarakat mau mengeroyoknya.

Bagi kami, itu alasan klise oknum AR semata dan samasekali tidak ada itikad baik dan terkesan sangat tidak perduli dengan keadaan/kondisi korban yang ditabraknya lalu kemudian membuat statmen di Media, meminta maaf dan menuding para awak Media di lokasi tidak melakukan konfirmasi kepadanya.

Bagaimana awak Media mau melakukan konfirmasi kalau oknum AR tersebut melarikan diri dan kemudian mengganti plat Merah(Dinas) DN.12 F yang merupakan Barang Bukti dari peristiwa Lakalantas menjadi Plat hitam pribadi DN. 8845 F yang ternyata masa berlaku STNKnya sebagaiama di Plat berakhir bulan 07 tahun 2020.

Kejadian itu kami maknai dengan sengaja tidak beritikad baik karena ingin melepas tanggung jawab dan melawan hukum, menghilangkan barang bukti dan secara sengaja melanggar hukum berlapis, membuat preseden buruk buat para ‘Pejabat’ seakan akan bisa megelabui hukum dengan mengganti Plat nomor Dinas menjadi plat nomor pribadi.

Sudah sangat jelas melanggar dan tidak mematuhi hukum serta samasekali tidak perduli dengan keadaan korban ataupun jiwa korbannya, malah bersikap mementingkan diri sendiri dan harta bendanya dengan melarikan diri serta berdalih menyelamatkan dirinya sendiri dan harta Negara.Tentu sangat jelas jika statmen oknum AR di Media mengecilkan kepentingan korbanya yang sudah sekarat di jalanan.

Dan jika benar ada indikasi pemalsuan (STNK dan atau Plat nomor kendaraan), kami berharap pihak Kepolisian melakukan penilangan serta memproses pidana pemalsuan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku sebagaimana sanksi pidana yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang sebagai berikut: (1) Pasal 280, melanggar tidak dipasangi Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor yang ditetapkan oleh Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, pidana kurungan paling lama 2 (dua) bulan atau denda paling banyak Rp 500.000. (2). Pasal 287 ayat 1, melanggar larangan yang dinyatakan dengan Rambu Lalu Lintas, pidana kurungan paling lama 2 (dua) bulan atau denda paling banyak Rp 500.000. (3). Pasal 288 ayat 1, melanggar tidak dilengkapi dengan STNK atau Surat Tanda Coba Kendaraan Bermotor yang ditetapkan oleh Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, pidana kurungan paling lama 2 (dua) bulan atau denda paling banyak Rp500.000.

Saat dikonfirmasi Media ini, selasa(3/8), Kasat Lantas Polres Buol, AKP. Edi Hafel, SH melalui WhatsApp menjelaskan, jika oknum AR tidak melarikan diri tetapi mengamankan diri di Mapolres.”Jadi begini, sesaat setelah kejadian, beliau tidak melarikan diri tetapi beliau mengamankan diri Polres. Beliau takut nanti ada masyarakat yang mainhakim sendiri. Kemudian beliau sekalian melaporkan kejadian tersebut,” jelas Kasat Lantas.

Bersoal telah bergantinya plat mobil dari plat Merah(Dinas) menjadi plat hitam pribadi pasca kejadian, hal itu dibenarkan AKP. Edi Hafel.”Masalah plat itu memang sempat diganti.Tetapi itu inisiatif dari sopirnya beliau dan mobil tersebut masih miliknya Pemda, pak, demikian,” ujarnya.
