Lampung, Beritaterkini.co.id –Sehubungan dengan tindaklanjut dan penyelesaian laporan oleh OMBUDSMAN RI Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung atas laporan Seno Aji sebagai pelapor terkait dugaan maladministrasi penyimpangan prosedur oleh Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) Kota Bandar Lampung dalam penerbitan berita acara pengukuran pengembalian batas/penetapan batas nomor : 07/BA-08.01/II/2021, Seno Aji selaku pelapor memberikan apresiasi dan ucapan terimakasih kepada OMBUDSMAN RI perwakilan Provinsi Lampung yang disampaikan secara tertulis dan diterima oleh tim pemeriksa OMBUDSMAN RI perwakilan Provinsi Lampung, Tegar.

Demikian dikatakan oleh Seno Aji melalui keterangan persnya di Bandar Lampung pada Selasa (3/8/2021) sore.

Seno Aji menyampaikan bahwa sebagai pelapor, dirinya telah mendapat proses tindaklanjut sampai dengan penyelesaian laporan dengan baik oleh Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung, sehingga terhadap sejumlah persoalan yang dialami pelapor terkait mekanisme dan prosedur pelayanan pengembalian batas yang seharusnya diterapkan oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandar Lampung dapat terjawab dengan terang dan jelas.

“Sebagai pelapor telah mendapat jawaban melalui penjelasan secara langsung pada hari Kamis tanggal 22 Bulan Juli tahun 2021 oleh Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandar Lampung melalui Koordinator Penata Kadastral Pertama, Hasbi Al Farisi, A.Md dan Kepala Seksi Survei dan Pemetaan, Ferdinand, S,SIT atas tindaklanjut dari surat pengaduan dan sanggahan/keberatan yang Saya sampaikan kepada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandar Lampung”, terang Seno Aji yang dikenal sebagai sosok aktivis muda ini.

Masih jelas Seno Aji, “sebagai pelapor yang merupakan pemilik Sertipikat hak milik (SHM) nomor 7943/KD/Kedamaian atas nama Srinatun Pujiastuti telah mendapat informasi dari Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandar Lampung terkait lokasi obyek tanah Sertipikat hak milik (SHM) nomor 7943/KD/Kedamaian yaitu berada disebelah barat lokasi tanah milik Saudari berinisial ATA SHM 7944/KD/Kedamaian, dimana lokasi obyek tanah SHM 7943/KD/Kedamaian atas nama Srinatun Pujiastuti telah berdiri bangunan (rumah tinggal) yang dibangun oleh Saudara berinisial HAR sedangkan alasan Saudara HAR mendirikan bangunan di atas lokasi obyek tanah milik SHM 7943/KD/Kedamaian karena berdasarkan SHM 7942/KD/Kedamaian atas nama inisial WYT (Istri Saudara HAR) yang diperoleh berdasarkan proses jual beli dari Saudara inisial Ewn yang sebelumnya SHM 7942/KD/Kedamaian menjadi anggunan pinjaman di Bank Niaga yang akan dilakukan proses pelelangan”, ungkap Seno Aji yang juga sebagai ketua DPW Komite Aksi Masyarakat dan Pemuda untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD).

Masih lanjut Seno Aji yang dikenal sebagai sosok sederhana dan low profil ini menegaskan, “jika SHM 7942/D/Kedamaian atas nama WYT seharusnya terletak di sebelah barat SHM 7943/D/Kedamaian atas nama Srinatun Pujiastuti”, sambungnya.

“Maka atas dasar tindaklanjut dan penyelesaian laporan oleh Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung, Saya memberikan apresiasi yang setinggi-tingginya dan ucapan terimkasih kepada Kepala Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Provinsi Lampung, Bapak Nur Rakhman Yusuf, S.Sos, bersama tim pemeriksa yaitu Bapak Tegar, Bapak Hardian Ruswan dan lainnya yang tidak dapat disebutkan satu-persatu”, tutup Dia.
