Muara Enim Berita Terkini ,Co. Id      Dugaan Kades Desa Pulau Kabal Kec. Indralaya Utara Kab. Ogan Ilir  telah melakukan pengklaiman lahan yang berada di Desa Mulia Abadi Kec. Muara Belida Kab. Muaraenim.

Hal ini tertuang dalam surat yang dibuat dan dikeluarkan oleh kades Pulau Kabal tetannggal 02 September 2021.

Dijelaskan bahwa pengklaiman puluhan lahan yang di lakukan oleh Yansori Kepala Desa Pulau Kabal Kab. Ogan Ilir di wilayah Kab. Muaraenim ini berdasarkan pada daftar sertifikat yang dikeluarkan oleh BPN Ogan Ilir tahun 2002 atas nama Bambang, Rizal dan lain-nya.

Yang sangat aneh sekali jika sertifikat-sertifikat tersebut yang dibuat oleh BPN OI tanah-tanahnya atau lahan-lahannya berada di wilayah kabupaten lain,menurut keterangan salah seorang penunggu lahan IS (35 thn-red) pada tanggal (09/09/21)

Beberapa Hektar lahan sawitnya yang juga terkena pengklaiman,diantara puluhan Hektar lahan yang di klaim oleh Kades pulau kabal Ogan Ilir menceritakan bahwa Yansori Kades Pulau Kabal bersama Sekdesnya, Leo Kadea Lorok dan beberapa orang lainnya langsung saja menurunkan alat berapa tanpa terlebih dahulu melakukan koordinasi dengan pemilik / penunggu yang ada di lahan.

“Tiba-tiba saja alat berat sudah berkerja di lahan saya pak, jadi terpaksa saya stop terlebih dahulu,” ujarnya kepada media.
diceritakannya juga bahwa permasalahan ini sdh diketahui oleh Kepala Desa Mulia Abadi Candra (38 Thn-red) dan juga bapak Camat Muara Belida Kab. Muaraenim,”

Bahkan kami sdh pernah rapat dikantor pak Camat Mulia Abadi,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu Plt. Bupati Muaraenim bapak Nasrun Umar saat dihubungi oleh media melalui ponselnya, beliau sangat terkejut sekali dikarenakan baru mengetahuinya,”Baiklah pak, saya akan segera menghubungi Camat untuk menidaklajuti hal ini,,,”Ujarnya kepada Media.(DN/RZP)
