JAKARTA, Beritaterkini.co.id- Akhirnya gugatan mantan pengacara Setya Novanto, Frederik kaitan kukurangan pembayaran fee yang bergulir di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta selatan ditolak oleh majelis hakim yang menangani perkara Rabu ( 6/10/21 ).
Dalam amar putusanya hakim pengadilan negeri Jakarta selatan menyatakan :
Mengabulkan eksepsi para tergugat ( Setya Novanto ) dalam kompensasi mengenai penggugat tidak mempunyai hak untuk menggugat.
Dalam Pokok Perkara ; menyatakan gugatan penggugat dalam konpensi tidak dapat diterima ( Niet Ontvantkelijke )
Dalam Rekopensi ; menyatakan gugatan para tergugat rekonpensi tidak dapat diterima ( Niet Ontvantkelijke verklaard )
Dalam Konpensi dan rekonpensi; menghukum penggugat dalam konpensi/ tergugat dalam rekonpensi untuk membayar biaya perkara yang hingga saat ini sejumlah RP 826.000,- ( Delapan Ratus Dua puluh enam ribu rupiah )
Diberitakan kronologis awal Advokat Fredrich Yunadi menggugat mantan Ketua DPR Setyo Novanto (Setnov) terkait pembayaran jasa kuasa hukum. Fredrich mendaftarkan gugatan itu ke Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Selatan.
Pengacara Fredrich Yunadi, Rudy Marjono pada Jumat (6/11/2020) menyebut kliennya itu sewaktu menjadi pengacara Setya Novanto kasus proyek e-KTP tidak mendapat fee secara penuh dari fee di kesepakatan awal. Menurut Rudy, Fredrich hanya mendapat fee sebagian kecil.
