Memperingati Hari Anti Korupsi Sedunia (Hakordia), Puluhan massa yang tergabung dari Gerakan Pemuda Kerakyatan Sumatera Selatan (GPK Sumsel), menggelar aksi unjukrasa (unras) terkait dugaan Kolusi Korupsi dan Nepotisme (KKN), bertempat di halaman kantor Gubernur Sumsel, Kamis (9/12/2021).
Pantauan di lapangan, puluhan massa tersebut membentang kan benner bertuliskan, Keadilan Sosial Bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia dan keadilan, kesejahteraan rakyat tanggungjawab siapa..?
Koordinator aksi, Reza Marliansyah didampingi Koordinator lapangan Hendri Ogan mengatakan, pihaknya hari ini melaporkan indikasi dugaan mark-up bantuan pengadaan sapi di lima Kabupaten yakni di Ogan Ilir (OI), Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Musi Rawas (Mura), Lahat, Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU Timur), kepada kelompok – kelompok masyarakat dari Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perternakan.
“Kami menemukan di OKU Timur yang tidak sesuai dengan spek Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK) harusnya 18 bulan keatas sebanyak 160 ekor sapi yang harus dibagi ke 5 Kabupaten senilai Rp 2 Miliar lebih,” ujarnya saat diwawancarai awak media.
Dikatakannya, setiap kelompok itu terdiri dari 1 sapi jantan dan 7 betina. Pantauan kawan – kawan dilapangan menemukan sapi tidak sesuai dengan spek bahwa ada sapi yang berumur 5 sampai 6 bulan.
“Kami menduga terindikasi ini menjadi kekurangan volume dan merugikan negara. Kami tegaskan sebagai penggiat anti korupsi Gubernur Sumsel menindak tegas terkait dugaan tersebut,” ucapnya.
Reza menambahkan, pihaknya akan terus mengawal kasus tersebut sampai ada titik terang.
“Jika belum ada titik terang kasus tersebut, kami akan melanjutkan aksi unras ke Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Sumsel,” katanya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Biro Organisasi Pemprov Sumsel, M Zaki Aslam mengatakan, pihaknya berterimakasih kepada teman – teman GPK Sumsel yang telah menyampaikan aspirasinya terkait dugaan mark-up di Dinas Ketanahan Pangan dan Peternakan.
“Kami meminta maaf kepada teman – teman atas keterlambatan menanggapi aksi unras tersebut. Ini akan saya laporkan ke pimpinan terlebih dahulu terkait dugaan mark-up tersebut,” Pungkas.(DN/RZP)
