KAMPUD Lamtim Dukung Kejari Lampung Timur Tuntaskan Laporan Dugaan Korupsi Hibah Umroh Tahun 2019

Lampung Timur, Beritaterkini.co.id – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Komite Aksi Masyarakat dan Pemuda Untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD) Kabupaten Lampung Timur kembali mendukung Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Lampung Timur untuk menuntaskan laporan dugaan Korupsi belanaja hibah yang bersumber dari APBD Lampung Timur sebesar Rp. 6.283.500.000,- yang diterima oleh Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lampung Timur dengan naskah perjanjian hibah daerah nomor ; 900/23/PPKD/23-SK/2019 tanggal 7 November 2019.

“Terhadap dugaan Korupsi atas belanja hibah untuk program umroh sebanyak 213 orang tersebut berdasarkan keputusan Bupati Lampung Timur nomor ;B.484/04-UK/2019 tanggal 24 Oktober 2019, tentang penetapan peserta Umrah dan wisata rohani Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dan diketahui bahwa penunjukan penyedia jasa penyelanggara umrah diadakan dengan mekanisme tanpa tender, kondisi ini telah kami laporkan ke Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Lampung Timur”, jelas Ketua KAMPUD Kabupaten Lampung Timur, Fitri Andi pada Rabu (12/1/2022).

Oleh karena itu, sambung Fitri Andi, “Kami mendukung kepada Tim penyidik Kejari Lampung Timur untuk segera meningkatkan status laporan tersebut agar persoalan dugaan KKN dalam belanja hibah Umrah dapat diusut dengan tuntas”, tegas Andi.

Hal senada juga diutarakan  oleh Ketua Umum KAMPUD, Seno Aji yang menegaskan bahwa  pemilihan penyedia penyelenggaraan ibadah Umrah oleh Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Lampung Timur diniali cacat hukum dan lebih mengarah kepada upaya KKN.

“PT Daanish Mika Salsa (DMS) sebagai perusahaan pelaksana penyelenggara ibadah umrah tersebut ditunjuk oleh Kemenag Lamtim tanpa melalui mekanisme tender dan/atau lelang umum, ditunjuk hanya berdasarkan keputusan para calon peserta ibadah umrah, sehingga bertentangan  dengan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) nomor 16 tahun 2018 tentang pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah pasal 1 butir 35, menyatakan tender adalah metode pemilihan untuk mendapatkan penyedia baran/pekerjaan konstruksi/jasa lainnya.

Atas dasar inilah, Lembaga KAMPUD selain menyampaikan laporan pengaduan kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Lamtim, kita juga telah melayangkan aduan tersebut ke Kejaksaan Tinggi Lampung”, terang Seno Aji.

Sebelumnya, menanggapi sejumlah dukungan dan tuntutan Lembaga KAMPUD, pihak Kejari Lampung Timur menyatakan bahwa pihaknya telah memanggil sejumlah pihak untuk dimintai keterangannya terkait dugaan KKN belanja hibah Umrah tahun 2019.

“Kami akan memeriksa PT DMS, yang sebelumnya sejumlah pihak telah kami mintai keterangannya terkait laporan tersebut”, ungkap M Qodri, saat menerima perwakilan Lembaga KAMPUD usai menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di depan Kantor Bupati dan Kantor Kejari Lamtim pada Senin (10/1/2022). /Red
