Jakarta, Beritaterkini.co.id- Mantan Direktur Utama Garuda Indonesia Emirsyah Satar melalui kuasa hukumnya, Afrian Bondjol memberikan klarifikasi terkait laporan Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir ke Kejaksaan Agung perihal dugaan korupsi di tubuh Garuda saat pengadaan pesawat ATR 72-600.
Kuasa Hukum Emirsyah, Afrian Bondjol, menilai Erick Thohir telah melakukan penggiringan opini dalam pernyataannya ke beberapa media yang dianggap telah merugikan sang klien.
“Kami sangat menyesali dan menyangkan atas tindakan Pak Erick. Melalui pernyataannya, klien kami sangat dipojokkan dan didiskreditkan,” kata Afrian dalam pernyataan persnya, Senin (17/1/2022).
Afrian menjelaskan, pengalihan pengadaan pesawat ATR 72-600 dari PT Citilink Indonesia ke PT Garuda Indonesia tidak atas kesepakatan tunggal seorang Emirsyah Satar selaku direktur utama, tetapi juga oleh dewan direksi yang kemudian disetujui oleh dewan komisaris.
“Hal tersebut adalah keputusan bisnis yang murni untuk kepentingan Garuda Indonesia dengan mengacu pada Rencana Kerja Anggaran Perusahaan dan Rencana Kerja Jangka Panjang Perseroan,” jelasnya.
Ia membantah biaya sewa leasing pesawat ATR 72-600 merugikan. Sebab, fakta menunjukkan, dengan skema sewa leasing pesawat, Garuda mendapat keuntungan besar pada 2015 dan 2016 den
“Pada kenyataannya, satu tahun setelah klien kami selesai bertugas di Garuda yaitu tahun 2015 dan 2016, Garuda Indonesia berhasil meraih keuntungan USD 71 juta di tahun 2015 dan USD 59 juta di Tahun 2016 dengan menggunakan skema sewa leasing pesawat,” ujarnya.
Afrian kemudian memamerkan prestasi Emirsyah Satar selama menjabat direktur utama PT Garuda Indonesia. “Dengan kerja keras dan usaha Pak Emir dan tim membawa Garuda berprestasi yang luar biasa. Di zaman Pak Emir lima kali berturut-turut mendapat penghargaan international, yang tadi sekarat menjadi untung,” bebernya.
Diketahui, Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Erick Thohir melaporkan kasus dugaan korupsi PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ke Kejaksaan Agung. Dugaan korupsi itu terjadi saat pengadaan pesawat ATR 72-600.
Erick mengklaim menyerahkan bukti-bukti dan hasil audit Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP)
“Jadi bukan tuduhan, karena kita sudah bukan lagi era saling menuduh, tapi mesti ada fakta yang diberikan,” ujar Erick, Selasa, (11/1/2022.
Erick mengatakan bahwa sebelum pelaporan ini sudah dilakukan investigasi. Dari hasil investigasi tersebut didapatkan data-data valid mengenai adanya dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan pesawat ATR 72 seri 600.
“Garuda ini sedang tahap restrukturisasi tetapi yang sudah kita ketahui juga secara data-data valid memang dalam proses pengadaan pesawat terbangnya, leasing-nya itu ada indikasi korupsi dengan merek yang berbeda-beda,” kata Erick.
