Dr, Samsir Muhda, dan kawan-kawan Kuasa Hukum Edi anhar, meminta kepada pihak Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Banyuasin untuk segera menunjukan hasil Pemeriksaan mereka serta menetapkan tersangka dalam pemeriksaan yang dilakukan.

Dirinya meminta kepada aparat penegak hukum untuk memberikan kepastian hukum ke kliennya yang telah lama melaporkan dugaan penipuan yang dilakukan oleh oknum mantan PPK Kecamatan Banyuasin III.
