Kejati Lampung, Proses Deposito APBD Lamsel

Bandar Lampung, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Usai ketua koordinator Supervisi Pencegahan (Korsupgah) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) RI, Febri Diansyah menepis pernyataan Kepala BPKAD Lampung Selatan Intji Indriati, bahwa Kebijakan Penyimpanan Anggaran Pendapatan Dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Pemerintah Daerah Lampung Selatan (Lamsel) dalam bentuk deposito sesuai arahan dan saran KPK, kini kejaksaan Tinggi Lampung sedang melakukan proses hukum terkait masalah deposito tersebut.

Lembaga Adhiyaksa yang memiliki visi “optimalkan pemberantasan korupsi guna memulihkan kepercayaan publik terhadap aparat penegak hukum” akan menunjukan komitmennya terhadap proses penegakan hukum di Provinsi Lampung.

Dari informasi yang berhasil dihimpun oleh Jurnalis Jarrak Media Grup, melalui bagian Pusat Pelayanan Hukum Dan Informasi publik (PTSP) Kejati Lampung, dijelaskan bahwa masalah depotio APBD Lamsel Tahun 2018 dan 2019 senilai Rp. 250 Miliyar, saat ini masih diproses kejaksaan Tinggi Lampung, Jum’at (7/2/2020).

Diketahui proses hukum masalah deposito APBD Lamsel, dari surat perintah tindak lanjut yang dikeluarkan oleh Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Lampung kepada Asisten Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus), tertuang melalui surat Nomor : R.663/L.8.3/Kph.I/12/2019.

Terpisah, saat dikonfirmasi ketua LSM KAMPUD Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Ardiansyah Menyampaikan dirinya bersama anggota akan terus mengawal masalah deposito uang Masyarakat Lampung Selatan tersebut.

“Kami akan tetap setia mengawal proses penegakan hukum, terhadap deposito APBD Lampung Selatan yang penuh kontroversi”, ungkapnya.

Sebelumnya, LSM KAMPUD Provinsi Lampung sudah melayangkan surat laporan resmi kepada lembaga Adhiyaksa perihal adanya praktik korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN) terhadap penempatan APBD Lampung Selatan kepos deposito tahun 2018 dan 2019. /BRT
