Dalam kegiatan tersebut, terdakwa diduga tidak melaksanakan ketentuan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah dalam pengelolaan dana daerah. Terdakwa juga diduga menyalahgunakan wewenang, kesempatan atau sarana yang ada padanya selaku PA dan PPK, dengan sengaja membuat kebijakan atau mengalihkan kegiatan pengadaan barang/jasa berupa Aci Aci dan banten (sesajen) kepada banjar adat, desa adat dan Subak di Kelurahan Denpasar ke dalam bentuk penyerahan uang.
Terdakwa juga diduga telah melakukan pemotongan anggaran untuk fee rekanan/penyedia. Juga diduga dengan sengaja tidak menetapkan perencanaan pengadaan dan pengumuman rencana umum pengadaan serta tidak menginput pada sistem informasi. Araaaah kadeeee, sungguh terlalu brow.
Akibat perbuatan terdakwa, kata JPU ni brow, negara dirugikan sebanyak Rp 1.023.258.750 dalam kurun waktu tahun 2019 – 2020. Dirimu sungguh tega brow.
