Palembang,Berita Terkini. Co, Id Puluhan massa dari Suara Informasi Rakyat (SIRA) kembali melakukan Aksi Unjuk Rasa Di Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pertanahan (DLHP) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), Palembang (19/05/22).
Direktur Eksekutif SIRA Rahmat Sandi Iqbal mengatakan aksi Unjuk Rasa hari ini untuk mempertanyakan tindakan dari DLH Provinsi janji nya pada saat Sira Unjuk Rasa di Kantor Gubernur Sumsel beberapa waktu yang lalu, atas dugaan pencemaran lingkungan oleh PT. Fortune Marina Sejahtera yang bertempat di Jalan Mayor Satibi Darwis Kelurahan Keramasan Kecamatan Kertapati Palembang.
Rahmat Sandi Iqbal menyampaikan SIRA sangat kecewa karena informasi yang mereka terima adanya oknum yang mempertanyakan legalitas SIRA. Selain itu, pihaknya juga menyayangkan saat turunkan kelapangan tidak melibatkan SIRA
“Kami bergerak sesuai dengan PP 43 dan telah diatur dalam undang-undang, kami resmi. Kami juga akan memantau tahapan proses ini sampai selesai,” tegasnya.
Ditambahkan Sekretaris Eksekutif SIRA Rahmat Hidayat menambahkan, kedatangannya untuk mempertanyakan komitmen DLHP dalam menindaklanjuti laporan yang telah mereka sampaikan sebelumnya.
“Kami tidak peduli siapapun yang diduga orang belakang PT tersebut. Namun yang kami khawatirkan perusahaan besar beoperasi dengan mengganggu kesehatan warga, kurang perhatian dan tidak berkontribusi terhadap masyarakat. Apalagi PT ini diduga tidak taat dengan aturan pemerintah,” katanya
Bahwa memang beberapa pelanggaran seperti perizinan kualitas udara dan air dan Ipal. Ipal sudah disegel kemaren sampai dilakukan perbaikan. Kami melakukan tahapan sanksi adminitrasi sesuai dengan amanat undang-undang,” katanya.
Aksi Unjuk Rasa Sira Di Terima Langsung oleh Kadis DLHP Sumsel Edward Candra mengatakan, kepada perusahaan ini telah terbitkan sanksi administrasi pada 10 mei 2022 dan telah diterimanya.
“Ini juga bisa dikawal sejauh mana perusahaan kenindak lanjuti. Kalau tidak ada perubahan akan dilakukan pembekuan terhadap perusahan ini, kalau memang tetap saja akan dicabut izin. Karena sektor pertambangan kewenangan di kementerian. Untuk meriview terkait perizinan ada di kementerian, tapi kami berupaya meskipun ini wewenang pusat, mengingat lokasinya di sumsel kita punya kewajiban,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, untuk sanksi yang telah diterbitkan diberi waktu selama sekitar satu bulan untuk melakukan perbaikan. Namun, ketika disinggung apakah PT tersebut memberikan denda, Edward Candra belum dapat berbicara banyak “Belum” pungakasnya,”(RZP)
