JAKARTA, Beritaterkini.co.id- Ketua umum Komite Pencegahan Korupsi Jawa Barat Piar Pratama SH., kembali datangi gedung Merah Putih Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terkait penyerahan alat bukti tambahan adanya kasus dugaan korupsi di Kabupaten Bandung.
Setibanya di Gedung KPK, Piar Pratama mengatakan, pihaknya akan menyerahkan kembali alat bukti temuan terkait dugaan kasus tindak pidana korupsi dan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan wewenang yang dilakukan oleh pejabat yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung.
“Alhamdulilah laporan sudah selesai, bukti demi bukti telah kami berikan ke KPK. Semua Bukti adalah fakta bukan asumsi belaka,” kata Piar Pratama pada Senin 4 Juli 2022.
Adapun, lampiran dokumen – dokumen yang diserahkan sebagai alat bukti, Piar menuturkan, dokumen tersebut berdasarkan dari sumber yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara hukum.
” Temuan indikasi adanya korupsi ini sangat jelas, dan alat bukti kami pun diterima KPK dengan baik,”ujarnya.
Bahkan, ia mengaku, KPK pun telah menerima pihaknya dan alat bukti yang diserahkan dengan baik.
“Kami melihat KPK menanggapi laporan ini sangat serius dan tidak main-main,”ujarnya.
Menurut Piar, lampiran dokumen yang diserahkan ke KPK adalah alat bukti fakta, baik secara tertulis maupun dokumen audio visual yang jelas bisa dipertanggung jawabkan secara hukum tentunya.
” Ini sangat kebangetan, karena temuan yang di korupsi senilai 75 Miliar dari anggaran perubahan 2021 yang ternyata hanya proyek fiktif,” cetusnya.
Selain itu, Piar menyebut, adanya oknum pejabat yang oven bidding dengan memberikan sejumlah uang senilai 1 miliar,
” Paling ngeri, ini mau kerja atau traveling alias Healing ya. Saya pun bingung, “kata dia.
Piar mengungkapkan, oknum pejabat Dinas Kabupaten Bandung tersebut merangkap sebagai Makelar dan Donatur. Bahkan, oknum tersebut juga menyiapkan jet pribadi dan memberikan uang sejumlah 6 miliar saat berada di Bali.
” Laporan dan penyerahan alat bukti kasus ini sudah masuk, dan ditanggapi dengan baik oleh KPK,” ungkapnya.
Dan disisi lain, lanjut Piar, selain menyerahkan laporan alat bukti tambahan, pihaknya juga memberikan surat terkait konfrontasi dan klarifikasi adanya isu pejabat KPK yang berpangkat Deputi telah bertemu dengan pejabat Kabupaten Bandung.
” Saya kira integritas KPK masih tetap terjaga, walaupun desas desus tersebut kebenarannya belum tentu bisa dipertanggung jawabkan,” ucapnya.
Ia mengaku, secara tertulis dan langsung, pihaknya pun sudah menyampaikan klarifikasi tersebut dan akan dijawab oleh KPK yang di tembuskan langsung ke Ketua KPK dan Dewas KPK.
” Saya mohon doanya dari masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung, tujuan saya bukan untuk menjatuhkan tetapi saya ingin melawan kemungkaran dan melawan kezdoliman,” paparnya.
Lebih jauh, dikatakan Piar, bahwa Komite Pencegahan Korupsi Jawa Barat bukan lembaga bayaran dan bukan lembaga suruhan yang bisa dibungkam dengan sejumlah uang.
Dengan tegas, Piar menerangkan, Lembaga Komite Pencegahan Korupsi Jawa adalah lembaga yang diakui secara Sah, ada SK Kemenkumham, ada berita negaranya dan tercatat juga di Provinsi serta ditingkat Kabupaten/Kota.
“Kalau tidak percaya, maka silahkan cek sendiri,” bebernya.
“Tentunya kami tidak akan mundur dan akan tetap komitmen dalam upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi, dan mudah-mudahan masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung dalam waktu dekat akan mengetahui sampai tuntas pengusutan korupsi yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung,”pungkasnya.
