DENPASAR, beritaterkini.co.id | Nasabah BPR Lestari melayangkan kritikan dan protes keras lantaran pelayanan BPR Lestari dianggap kurang baik. Bahkan protes tersebut sempat divideokan hingga menyebar.
Dalam video yang beredar melalui aplikasi WhatsApp, terlihat seorang nasabah yang belakangan diketahui bernama Wahono Isbuntoro, bertemu dengan Kepala Divisi BPR Lestari Bali Gusti Wirata Jaya dengan mengajak istri dan dua anaknya.
Kedatangan nasabah tersebut seperti terungkap dalam video, guna meminta data atau dokumen yang berkaitan dengan kredit yang pernah diajukan di BPR Lestari. Diduga nasabah tersebut telah melunasi kredit sehingga segera meminta dokumen kreditnya.
Sayangnya, pihak BPR Lestari Bali tidak bisa memenuhi permintaan nasabah, meskipun nasabah tersebut berulang kali meminta data/dokumen tersebut.
Bahkan dalam rekaman video yang diduga diambil oleh istri nasabah tersebut dengan menggunakan kamera handphone, terlihat Kepala Divisi Gusti Wiranata terkesan kurang baik memberlakukan nasabah.
Dia malah mengeluarkan kata-kata meminta nasabah segera meninggalkan ruangannya (BPR Lestari Bali), dengan dalih dirinya ada kegiatan lain. Bahkan Gusti Wirata Jaya yang dalam video terlihat mengenakan pakaian adat Bali meninggalkan nasabah begitu saja dalam ruangannya.
Belakangan, pihak BPR Lestari Bali justru bersurat kepada nasabah tersebut prihal dokumen yang diminta nasabah akan dikembalikan pada Jumat, 14 Oktober 2022 mendatang.
Diduga nasabah tersebut kesulitan meminta dokumen kreditnya (diduga termasuk agunan) karena dijaminkan kembali oleh pihak BPR Lestari Bali.
Terkait hal tersebut Humas BPR Lestari Bali Lily Sura Ningrum dikonfirmasi melalui WhatsApp berdalih, terkait isu yang dibangun melalui video yang telah beredar, menurutnya, pihak bank pasti memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik pada setiap nasabah.
“Namun memang dibutuhkan waktu untuk menyiapkan segenap dokumen yang diminta oleh nasabah. Sehingga tidak bisa diberikan segera,” kilahnya.
Dia juga menjelaskan, bahwa terhadap dokumen yang diminta oleh nasabah, sejatinya sudah diberikan oleh pihak bank kepada nasabah secara langsung. Oleh karenanya, saat ini segenap dokumen dipastikan sudah ada di tangan nasabah.
Termasuk dokumen-dokumen lain yang turut diminta oleh pihak nasabah, pun pihaknya selaku pihak bank juga sudah memberikan konfirmasi tertulis kepada yang bersangkutan, sebagai bentuk layanan terhadap nasabah.
Namun saat ditanyakan, jika dokumen sudah diberikan seluruhnya terhadap nasabah, kenapa masih ada protes dari nasabah tersebut seperti dalam rekaman video, Lily tak memberikan jawabannya atau tidak bisa memberikan penjelasan.
Terkait isu dugaan pihak BPR Lestari Bali telah menjaminkan kembali dokumen kredit nasabah sehingga tidak bisa segera dikembalikan kepada nasabah, Lily membantah keras. Menurutnya dugaan tersebut tidak benar. (dewa darmada/red)
