Sulteng Beritaterkini.co.id. Kericuhan untuk kedua kalinya terjadi di Kelurahan Poboya, Kecamatan Mantikulore, Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah (Sulteng) telah menjadi perhatian khusus pihak penegak hukum daerah ini, khususnya Polda Sulteng, Polres Palu beserta jajarannya.
Berikut Laporan Jarrakpossulteng :
Jika kericuhan pertama terjadi di kantor PT Adijaya Karya Makmur (AKM) per 18 September 2022 lalu mengakibatkan terbakarnya sejumlah alat berat dan rusaknya fasilitas kantor.
Kali ini terjadi bentrok antara ratusan warga penambang dengan personil gabungan Polda Sulteng dan Polres Palu per 26 Oktober 2022, tepatnya sekira pukul 18. 30 WITA mengakibatkan warga setempat resah dan trauma.
Bentrok kali ini telah mengakibatkan beberapa penambang kepedisan akibat gas air mata dan sejumlah personil kepolisian cedera akibat lemparan benda keras (batu). Bahkan polisi yang membuka pemblokiran jalan menuju lokasi penambangan dilempari bom molotov, beruntung tidak ada anggota yang terbakar karena kesigapan bertindak guna menghindari hal-hal fatal terhadap sesama petugas keamanan dan warga yang bermukim di seputaran terjadinya bentrok.
Menurut informasi yang diperoleh, terjadinya akibat penambang menolak membubarkan diri dan bersikeras blokade jalan yang mengakibatkan terganggunya aktivitas umum dan sudah berulang kali diimbau petugas agar segera kembali ke rumah masing-masing karena waktu sudah malam.
Namun imbauan dan pendekatan persuasif itu tidak diindahkan, meski sudah disampaikan hal ini demi terciptanya suasana keamanan dan kenyamanan warga setempat.
Menanggapi kericuhan yang berulang-ulang terjadi di Poboya dan dikhawatirkan masih akan terus terjadi ke depan, sejumlah pihak menilai bahwa hal tersebut dipicu oleh provokator yang memprovokasi penambang agar memaksa pihak perusahaan dalam hal ini PT CPM segera memberi ruang kepada mereka untuk mengeruk tambang di lokasi perusahaan tersebut. Padahal sebelumnya gubernur Sulteng, Rusdy Mastura telah berkomitmen memperjuangkan lahan 25 hektar dilepas dari konsesi Kontrak Karya (KK) PT CPM.
“Mereka hanya di himbau bersabar dulu dan dipersilahkan mengambil material yang telah diberikan oleh perusahaan sebanyak 20 dump truk perhari, yakni 10 dump di tambang lama dan 10 dump dari lokasi vatutempa. Tapi karena ada yang memanas-manasi penambang dan seluruh orang Poboya akhirnya mereka tetap memaksa minta lokasi sendiri, padahal lokasi untuk pelepasan masih tahap diperjuangkan oleh orang tua kita yaitu bapak gubernur,” tutur seorang tokoh masyarakat setempat sembari minta namanya tidak diekspos demi menjaga terjadinya kesalahpahaman antar sesama warga.
Hal senada dikatakan Kapolresta Kota Palu, Kombespol Barliyansah menuturkan bahwa terjadi tindakan anarkis dipicu oleh ulah-ulah aktor intelektual yang memaksakan kehendaknya untuk melakukan penambangan dengan cara perendaman di lokasi CPM.
“Namun ada orang-orang aktor-aktor intelektual yang bermain di belakang ini mendesak dan mendesak agar segara-segera diwujudkan ruang ini mereka untuk melakukan penambangan rakyat. Namun kalau kami perhatikan, aktor-aktor intelektual ini adalah mereka yang memang melakukan penambangan disini,” beber Kapolres kepada sejumlah awak media.
Pantauan wartawan media ini, hingga Kamis (27/10) malam, sejumlah warga masih terus memaksakan kehendaknya dengan tindakan masih melakukan pemblokiran jalan lintasan dari jalan Lagarutu menuju Kelurahan Poboya. Pemblokiran ini meresahkan warga setempat maupun warga yang ingin melewati jalan tersebut. “Tolong pak jalan lewat disitu. Takutnya kalau bapak tetap lewat situ akan terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diingkan,” imbau warga kepada warga lain agar segera balik arah dan tidak memaksa melintas di jalan yang diblokir.
Sejumlah warga dan pemilik kios mengaku resah atas pemblokiran jalan. “Ini pak yang jadi alasan polisi untuk bertindak tegas, karena sangat mengganggu orang-orang disini. Makanya untuk sementara kios kami tutup kios dan sudah banyak yang mengungsi ke bawah biar lebih aman,” tutur warga setempat. (red /tim )
