Palembang, Berita Terkini. Co.Id Puluhan Massa yang tergabung dalam Gebungan Gerakan Anti Korupsi (GAGAK) gelar unjuk rasa terkait dugaan KKN di Dinas dan BUMD di Kabupaten dan Kotadi Sumsel, Aksi berlangsung di depan Kejati Sumsel (09/11/22).
Kami mendatangi Kejati Sumsel untuk meminta usut dugaan KKN hasil Investigasi kami di lapangan, pada tahun 2021 dan 2022 ungkap Koordinator Aksi Heriyadi Duk.
Dugaan KKN tahun 2021-2022:

3. Dinas pendidikan kota palembang 4. Dinas perhubungan kota palembang
5. Badan pengelolah pajak daerah kota palembang

Serta terdapat juga dugaan indikasi korupsi pada kabupaten banyuasin

3. Dinas perdagangan koperasi usaha kecil dan menengah Kabupaten banyuasin
4. Dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil kabupaten banyuasin

Kami yang tergabung dalam Gabungan gerakan anti korupsi Menyatakan Aksi:
1. Minta kejaksaan tinggi agar mengembangkan terkait dugaan korupsi kolusi dan nepotiesme sebagaimana dimaksud pada uraian diatas
2. Minta kejaksaan tinggi sumatera selatan panggil panggil semua yang terlibat baik itu dari KPA PPK Dan pptk sebagaimana dimaksud pada uraian diatas Data terlampir
3. Minta kejaksaan tinggi audit harta kekayaan yang diduga terindikasi di peroleh dari hasil korupsi dan money laundry Data terlampir
4. Desak komisi pemberantasan korupsi (KPK) yang sudah turun ke provinsi sumatera selatan segera laksanakan tanggung jawab tugas dan kewajibannya selaku aparat penegak Hukum
5. Mendesak kejaksaan tinggi provinsi sumatera selatan agar kiranya komperativ dalam menangani dugaan kasus korupsi yang ada di provinsi sumatera selatan Data terlampir
6. Mendesak kejaksaan tinggi sumatera selatan agar kiranya mensingkronkan persentase untuk perusahaan perencanaan dan pengawasan sesuai dengan undang-undang terkait adanya dugaan korupsi pada bagian perencanaan dan pengawasan sebagaimana dimaksud pada uraian diatas.
