MEDAN – BERITATERKINI.CO.ID – Ketua Fraksi Nasdem DPRD Sumut Tuarman Purba menyayangkan ketidaknyamanan yang dianggap arogan dan sudah melakukan teror guru PNS dan non PNS atas kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (Kepsek) SMA Negeri 6 Medan Siti Rahmah. Karena secara spikologis berdampak cara mengajarnya kepada anak didik di sekolah tersebut.
“Kalau guru sudah tidak nyaman, pasti cara mengajarnya berbeda dengan sebelumnya. Inilah yang kita khawatirkan jangan sampai terjadi,” harap Tuahman, Rabu (23/4).
“Kita cari jalan keluarnya bagaimana anak-anak ini tetap belajar seperti biasanya. Mereka (siswa) generasi masa depan bangsa ini.” sambungnya.
Anggota Komisi E DPRD Sumut ini juga menyebutkan, dia akan coba berkomunikasi baik dengan guru dan kepsek untuk mencari tahu apa sebenarnya permasalahan ini. Jika tidak direspon, barulah ditindaklanjuti.
“Apa ceritanya, kita juga harus mendengar dari dua sisi baik guru maupun kepsek nya pada Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) biar tidak ada simpang siur. Karena, banyak sekolah menyampaikan hal-hal seperti ini yang kita.terima di Komisi E,” terangnya.
Tuahman juga bilang, dirinya juga segera memanggil Kepala Cabang Dinas (Kacabdis) Medan Selatan Ramadan Zuhri Bintang untuk mendengar apa yang sebenarnya terjadi.
“Kalau dia (Zuhri) juga tak respon, kita akan panggil untuk datang dalam RDP. Sebab, Zuhri sebagai penanggungjawab di sekolah tersebut,” bebernya.
Begitu disinggung jika ada disinyalir permainan uang, Tuahman terkejut. “Kalau ada bukti lebih berbahaya. Itu tidak dibenarkan dan tidak ada toleransi. Karena kita tidak mau membangun mutu pendidikan anak dengan uang. Kita akan mempertanyakan itu dalam RDP sebagai pendengar,” tandasnya..
