PALEMBANG, Berita Terkini. CO. Id Ketua Komisi I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), Antoni Yuzar, SH, MH angkat bicara terkait pelantikan Wakil Bupati Muara Enim melalui Paripurna DPRD Muara Enim sisa masa jabatan 2018-2023, Ahmad Usmarwi Kaffah.
Menurutnya, tidak ada alasan untuk menunda-nunda pelantikan, Ahmad Usmarwi Kaffah sebagai Wakil Bupati Muara Enim, mengingat Surat Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri (SK Mendagri) sudah ada dan untuk terkait gugatan di PTUN tidak menjadi alasan bagi Gubernur Sumsel tidak melakukan pelantikan tersebut.
“Saya selaku ketua Komisi I DPRD Sumsel, mengingatkan Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) mempunyai kewajiban dalam hal ini Gubernur Sumsel untuk segera melakukan pelantikan, Ahmad Usmarwi Kaffah sebagai Wakil Bupati Muara Enim karena punya dasar hukum yang jelas,”ungkap Antoni Yuzar melalui pesan WhatsApp pribadinya, pada Kamis (12/01/23).
Dilanjutkan Antoni, jangan ditunda-tunda lagi, mengingat tidak ada dasar hukum penundaan pelantikan tersebut. ” Mari bersama sama untuk menjaga kondusifitas politik di Sumsel,” ujarnya.
“Justru di perlambat dan tidak melantik dasar hukumnya apa, mengingat SK dari mendagri sudah ada dan yang terpilih sudah ada, maka tidak ada aturan yang menghalangi pelantikan karena adanya PTUN. Jika mau berkoordinasi dengan Forkompinda, Gubernur Sumsel silahkan saja mungkin pandangannya untuk pelantikan dalam keadaan kondusifitas arena adanya Pro dan Kontra,”jelasnya.
Masih dikatakan, Antoni bahwa dirinya mengingatkan jangan terlalu lama berkordinasi dengan Forkompinda, karena tanpa koordinasi pun sah-sah saja untuk melakukan pelantikan.
“Kalau Gubernur Sumsel tidak mau melakukan pelantikan bisa saja yang mengeluarkan SK bisa mengambil alih pelantikan tersebut. Karena secara administrasi PTUN itu tidak menghalangi proses pelantikan. Sekali lagi, Saya ingatkan Gubernur Sumsel untuk tidak menunda pelantikan,”tandasnya.(RZP)
