BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, SUMATERA SELATAN, – APBDes (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa) merupakan peraturan desa yang memuat sumber-sumber penerimaan dan alokasi pengeluaran desa dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. 

Kemudian  untuk Laporan pertanggungjawaban realisasi pelaksanaan APBDes itu terdiri dari alokasi anggaran tersebut serta penggunaan sumber daya yang dikelola.

Kali ini berdasarkan hasil investigasi tim dilapangan ditemukan APBDes tahun 2022 Desa Rantau Bayur Kecamatan Rantau Bayur Kabupaten Banyuasin diduga banyak kebocoran pasalnya ada beberapa realisasi dana desa tersebut tidak sesuai.

Menurut Musa selaku sekretaris BPD didampingi Khairil Ladzi sebagai wakil ketua BPD mengatakan bahwa realisasi APBDes tahun 2022 tidak maksimal dan diduga banyak kebocoran.

“Diduga dalam realisasi APBDes Desa Rantau Bayur banyak kebocoran sehingga menyebabkan pembangunan di desa Rantau Bayur hanya berapa persen saja dari anggaran tersebut”, ungkap Musa, Kamis (16/02). Kemarin,

“Diantaranya juga ada data BUMDes yang tidak terealisasikan dan sudah lewat, mereka diduga telah membuat kuitansi palsu”, lanjutnya.

Kemudian Musa mengatakan pembangunan jembatan yang nilainya Rp. 103 Juta untuk ukuran sepanjang 20 Meter hanya di realisasikan 10 Meter saja atau lebih kurang hanya menelan dana sekitar Rp. 65 Juta saja.

“Ada lagi, untuk perawatan sungai kayu are senilai Rp. 15 Juta kemudian pembangunan rumah Covid-19 yang hanya dibangunkan 88% itupun masih ada yang menggunakan bahan yang lama”, papar Musa.

“Sebenarnya masih banyak lagi yang tidak jelas kemana contohnya soal dana Posyandu, Gaji RT, Hansip dan lainnya”, tambahnya.

Khairil Ladzi dan Musa minta agar pihak media dan pihak terkait untuk menindaklanjuti dugaan ini demi mewujudkan Desa Rantau Bayur yang makmur dan Adil. Namun sayangnya hingga berita ini ditayangkan, Heru Kades Rantau Bayur belum berhasil dikonfirmasi(red)
