Heri Amalindo Pimpin PALI 10 Tahun Maju Pesat

PALI – Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) merayakan hari jadinya ke 10 tahun.Usia yang tergolong sangat muda untuk sebuah Kabupaten kecil yang kini maju begitu pesat.

Hal tersebut lantaran, PALI pada sepuluh tahun lalu masih merupakan daerah yang jauh tertinggal dari kabupaten/kota lainnya di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Infrastruktur jalan dan jembatannya yang begitu buruk membuat Kabupaten PALI pada waktu itu sangat sulit untuk berkembang.

Namun kini, wajah Kabupaten dengan polulasi sekitar 200 ribu penduduk itu ditangan dingin DR Ir H Heri Amalindo MM mengalami kemajuan siginifikan hampir disemua sektor sehingga menjadikan Kabupaten PALI bersejajar dengan Kabupaten/Kota besar lainnya di Sumatera Selatan.

”Sebelumnya Wilayah Kabupaten PALI sangat jauh ketinggalan, sulit berkunjung lantaran jalan dan jembatan masih sangat buruk. Namun saat ini masyarakat Kabupaten PALI sudah merasa terbuka luas untuk berhubungan kemana saja, sarana prasarana, jalan dan jembatan sudah sangat baik, masyarakat Kabupaten PALI sudah lancar mau kemana saja” Ujarnya saat memberikan kata sambutan pada acara “Pesta Rakyat” Perayaan Hari Jadi Kabupaten PALI ke-10 di Stadion Gelora November Pendopo Talang Ubi, Selasa (2/5).

Selain konsen pada infrastruktur, tokoh yang digadang kuat bakal maju pada kontestasi Pilgub 2024 mendatang ini juga sangat serius membenahi sektor pendidikan di Kabupaten PALI.

Banyak trobosan yang dilakukan Heri Amalindo mulai dari pemberian hibah tanah ratusan hektar, pemberian beasiswa masuk IPB University, memberikan hadiah umroh kepada guru sejarah serta memperbaiki gedung-gedung sekolah yang rusak.

Menurutnya kemajuan suatu daerah akan mengalami akselerasi jika infrastrukturnya baik dan SDM nya kompeten.

Hal senada diungkapkan Clara (18), warga Desa Benakat Minyak yang sudah sejak lama menggagumi sosok Heri Amalindo sebagai pahlawan untuk desanya.

“Sewaktu menginjak bangku sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) terpaksa harus menginap (red – ngontrak) di Pendopo, karena kondisi jalan yang buruk serta tidak ada penerangan lampu jalan. Namun ketika menginjak SMA, saya bersekolah di SMA Negeri 3 yang ada di desa saya sendiri (Benakat Minyak). SMA tersebut dibangun di masa kepemimpinan Heri Amalindo, atas dasar itulah saya menganggap pak Heri sebagai pahlawan bagi masyarakat  Desa Benakat Minyak,” kata Clara, Selasa (10/11/2020).

Selain pembagunan infratruktrur jalan jembatan dan pendidikan, Bupati PALI dua periode ini juga konsen pada sektor Kesehatan dengan membangun RSUD PALI serta sektor keamanan dengan membangun Kantor Polres PALI.

Kesuksesan Heri Amalindo menjadikan PALI maju pesat tak ayal membuat sebagian besar masyarakat Sumsel menginginkan sosok Heri Amalindo maju sebagai Gubernur Sumsel pada Pilgub 2024 mendatang guna membenahi Sumsel yang saat ini mengalami kemandekan.

Heri Amalindo yang merupakan anak didik Gubernur Sumsel dua periode Alex Noerdin ini diyakini mampu mengembalikan Kejayaan dan Kegemilangan Sumsel melalui program “Sekolah dan Berobat Gratis” yang saat ini malah menjadi persoalan utama bagi masyarakat di Sumatera Selatan.(*RZP)
