Gadis Cantik di Jembrana Diduga Disetubuhi Bergilir Dua Pria ABG di Lapangan Sepak Bola

JEMBRANA, beritaterkini.co.id | Miris dan sangat memprihatinkan. Kasus persetubuhan terhadap gadis dibawah umur kembali terjadi di bumi Makepung, Jembrana. Kali ini pelakunya justru dua lelaki yang basih dibawah umur.

Setelah beberapa waktu lalu, Sat Reskrim Polres Jembrana menahan seorang pria pengusaha sukses asal Jembrana karena tega menyetubuhi anak kandungnya sendiri yang masih berusia 16 tahun, kini Polres Jembrana kembali menerima laporan kasus kekerasan sexual terhadap anak di bawah umur.

Kali ini yang menjadi korban kekerasan sexual adalah N atau sebut saja namanya Mawar, berusia 17 tahun. Dia melaporkan peristiwa yang menimpanya ke Polres Jembrana dengan ditemani orang tuannya.

Mawar, gadis ABG yang berwajah cantik melaporkan jika dirinya diperkosa bergilir oleh ZN, lelaki berusia 15 tahun dan MF, lelaki berusia 17 tahun. Kedua terduga pelaku asal Kecamatan Jembrana.

Dari informasi yang berhasil dikumpulkan menyebutkan, peristiwa memilukan yang dialami Mawar, gadis asal Kecamatan Jembrana tersebut, terjadi pada Minggu, 21 Mei 2023 dini hari lalu di lapangan sepak bola Desa Yehkuning, Jembrana.

Berawal dari Mawar dihubungi oleh ZN melalui aplikasi WhatsApp dan sepakat bertemu di lapangan Negara, Sabtu 20 Mei 2023 menjelang tengah malam. Saat bertemu tersebut, ZN mengajak serta MF, yang merupakan sahabat karibnya.

Di lokasi bertemu tersebut, ketiga ABG tersebut sempat ngobrol dan tak lama berselang Mawar kemudian diajak ke lapangan sepak bola Desa Yehkuning yang diketahui lokasinya di pinggir laut dan sangat sepi. Diduga Mawar mau diajak ke lokasi sepi karena diiming-imingi sesuatu oleh para terduga pelaku.

“Di lokasi sepi itulah, korban dipaksa melayani nafsu bejat kedua pelaku. Korban disetubuhi secara bergilir oleh kedua pelaku,” ujar sumber.

Atas peristiwa yang menimpa dirinya, korban kemudian mengadukan ulah kedua pelaku kepada orang tuanya. Tak plak orang tua tidak terima dan melaporkan peristiwa tersebut ke Polres Jembrana. Polisi yang menerima laporan tersebut langsung melakukan penyelidikan.

Kasatreskrim Polres Jembrana, AKP Androyuan Elim dikonfirmasi wartawan, Jumat 2 Juni 2023, membenarkan pihaknya telah menerima laporan terkait kasus tersebut. Menurutnya, saat ini proses hukum terhadap kasus tersebut masih berjalan dan terlapor keduanya masih dibawah umur.

“Sudah kami proses kasus tersebut, terlapor keduanya anak dibawah umur, tentu perlakuan atau penanganan hukumnya berbeda dengan pelaku dewasa,” terang AKP Adroyuan Elim.(ded)
