Enny Indrianny,Laporkan Inisial AT Dugaan Tindak Pidana Pengaduan Palsu Dan/Atau Laporan Palsu

PALEMBANG – Berita Terkini.Co.Id Enny Indrianny (57) di dampingi kuasa hukumnya, Sunaryo SH MH dan M Sadam Syahputra SH mendatangi Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polrestabes Palembang guna membuat Laporan Polisi (LP).

Kedatangannya, guna  melaporkan terlapor berinsial AT atas dugaan tindak pidana pengaduan palsu dan/atau laporan palsu dan laporan telah di terima dengan nomor: LPN/277/VI/2023/SPKT Polrestabes Palembang Tanggal 15 Juni 2023  dengan perkara pidana Pasal 317 KUHP dan atau Pasal 220 KUHP.

Menurut kuasa hukum pelapor, Sunaryo, SH., MH di dampingi  M Sadam Syahputra SH bahwa pihaknya telah melaporkan telapor yang berinsial AT atas dugaan telah melakukan tindak pidana Pengaduan palsu dan/atau Laporan palsu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 317 KUHP dan atau pasal 220 KUHP.

“Klien kami membuat laporan ini, berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap (BHT) yaitu: (1). Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Palembang dalam perkara pidana Nomor: 1025/Pid.B/2022/PN.Plg tgl.31 Oktober 2023 dan Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI dalam tingkat kasasi, perkara Nomor: 328 K/Pid/2023 tgl. 21 Maret 2023,”ungkap Sunaryo ditemui usai membuat laporan di SPKT Polrestabes Palembang, Kamis (15/06/23).

Lanjut Sunaryo,  berdasarkan 2 putusan pengadilan tersebut telah membuktikan bahwa kliennya  tidak bersalah sebagaimana laporan polisi yang dibuat oleh terlapor AT di Polda Sumsel dengan Laporan Polisi nomor: LP/B/591/VI/2021/SPKT/POLDA SUMSEL, tanggal 23 Juni 2021 yang lalu.

“Atas laporan polisi yang dibuat terlapor AT tersebut, menyebabkan klien kami harus mendekam di penjara selama 3 bulan sehingga klien kami mengalami kerugian baik secara materiil maupun immateriil. Dan tentunya, atas laporan polisi telapor telah diuji dan dipertimbangkan dengan cermat, teliti dan sesuai dengan fakta hukum oleh pengadilan. Sehingga akhirnya klien kami dinyatakan tidak bersalah dalam perkara sebagaimana aduan  terlapor AT,”jelasnya.

Untuk itu, sambung Sunaryo, seperti yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya, maka klien menuntut keadilan atas dirinya dengan membuat laporan polisi terhadap  terlapor berinsial AT  tersebut. “Kami minta para rekan media untuk terus memantau dan mengawasi serta memberitakan perkara klien kami ini terima kasih,”pungkasnya.

Sementara itu, pelapor Enny Indrianny saat dimintai tanggapan terkait laporan yang dibuatnya, dirinya menyerahkan sepenuhnya dengan kuasa hukum. “Saya serahkan semuanya kepada kuasa hukum. Saya meminta keadilan atas perkara yang pernah di alaminya,”ujarnya dengan singkat.

Laporan Enny Indrianny di terima oleh KA SPKT Panit 2 IPDA Rudi Hatmoko S,Psi dengan Nomor laporan STTLPN/277/VI/2023/SPK tanggal 15 Juni 2023.
