Karangasem, beritaterkini.co.id | Warga keluhkan material proyek yang menghalangi jalan di Br. Dinas Tabu, Desa Tangkup, Kecamatan Sidemen.
Lantaran material proyek berupa koral dan pasir menumpuk menutupi akses jalan sehingga mengganggu bahkan membahayakan pengendara yang melintas di jalan tersebut.
Menurut informasi yang dihimpun, sudah ada 3 orang pengendara yang jatuh kecelakaan akibat tumpukan material itu karena tidak ada rambu-rambu proyek.
Informasinya, material tersebut akan digunakan untuk proyek subak sangkungan dan sumber dana dari ADD Desa Tangkup, namun tidak ada nampak papan nama proyek yang terpasang.
Salah seorang warga dari Br. Dinas Tabu mempertanyakan hal itu, apakah termasuk mengganggu fungsi jalan umum karena meletakkan bahan material menutupi jalan, atau melanggar undang-undang (UU) Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (LLAJ).
“Dulu waktu proyek got seperti itu juga naruh material, dan itu memakan korban, ada warga dari Br Tabu yang kecelakaan hingga sampai meninggal, sekarang kami tidak mau itu terjadi lagi”, kesalnya, Minggu, 18 Juni 2023.
“Kasian penggendara apalagi yang melintas malam hari, karena itu akses jalan menuju ke Pasar Galiran Klungkung, pas tikungan juga, hampir 75% jalan ditutupi oleh material koral dan pasir, tidak ada rambu-rambu proyek, sangat membahayakan nyawa pengendara”, imbuhnya.
Sementara hingga berita ini diterbitkan, Kepala Desa Tangkup belum bisa dihubungi untuk dikonfirmasi terkait hal tersebut di wilayahnya. (Jabe)
