Palembang ,Berita Terkini.Co.Id Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Ketua Komisi V DPRD Sumsel, Susanto Ajis menemui belasan buruh eks PT Gading Cempaka Graha (GCG) yang menggelar aksi mogok makan di halaman Kantor Gubernur Sumsel, pada Jumat (28/07/23).
Susanto Ajis mengatakan kedatangannya ini tidak lain sebagai wujud keprihatinan dan tanggung jawab terhadap nasib para buruh yang hingga kini hak mereka belum dipenuhi oleh pihak perusahaan.
“Ini bentuk keprihatinan kami terhadap nasib para buruh yang menuntut hak mereka. Apalagi perusahaan telah dinyatakan pailit, “ujar Susanto usai berdialog dengan para buruh.
Susanto menuturkan pihaknya telah mengagendakan untuk bertemu dengan para pihak yang bertanggungjawab dalam penyelesaian masalah pesangon dan hak buruh lainya yang belum dibayarkan oleh pihak perusahaan
“Kami telah mengagendakan pertemuan dengan pihak yang bertanggungjawab dalam permasalah ini. Karena jumlahnya tidak sedikit, kurang lebih 14 miliar yang mesti diselesaikan,”tutur Susanto yang juga menjabat sebagai ketua Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Sumsel ini.
Selain itu, kata Susanto bahwa pihaknya juga akan berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Sumsel terkait permasalahan ini.
“Kami juga akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak ketenagakerjaan terutama bidang pengawasan guna menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi para buruh eks PT Gading Cempaka Graha agar dapat diselesaikan dengan baik,”jelas Susanto
Sementara itu, Ketua DPW Federasi Buruh Indonesia (FBI) Sumsel, Andreas Okdi Priantoro mengucapkan terima kasih atas kunjungan Ketua Komisi V DPRD Sumsel ini.
“Kami sangat berterima kasih kepada pihak DPRD Sumsel telah menemui kami dan mendengarkan keluh kesah kami yang sudah menanti di sini selama 3 hari ,”ucapnya.
Dirinya berharap dengan kedatangan dari pihak DPRD Sumsel ini harapan ratusan buruh eks PT Gading Cempaka Graha dapat menemui titik terang yang jelas.
“Semoga perjuangan ini akan berbuah manis nantinya, sehingga hak kami dapat segera dibayarkan pihak perusahaan,”tandasnya
Perlu diketahui aksi mogok makan di halaman kantor Gubernur Sumsel ini telah berlangsung selama 3 hari yang dimulai dari 26-28 Juli 2023.
Aksi mogok makan buruh ini tersebut, dilakukan setelah ratusan buruh ditemui perwakilan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Sumsel Deliar Marzoeki, pada Rabu (26/07/23) lalu.(RZP)
