Sabtu 05 Agustus 2023 mendatangi Polres Pali untuk melaporkan saudara MY yang merupakan Kontraktor di PALI atas dugaan tindak pidana penipuan dan atau penggelapan sebagaimana di maksud dalam Pasal 378 dan atau 372 KUHP dengan surat tanda terima laporan polisi nomor : STTLPN/ 117/VIII/ 2023/SPKT, tertanggal 05 Agustus 2023
Kuasa hukum PT. Mandiri Sandjaja Abadi menjelaskan bahwa kliennya merupakan salah satu distributor Semen Baturaja, yang mana saudara terlapor MY pada bulan Februari 2023 telah memesan semen baturaja sejumlah 400 zak semen untuk keperluan proyeknya, setelah terlapor berjanji akan melakukan pembayaran dalam waktu 2 hari setelah barang diterima, namun sampai laporan dibuat hari ini, tidak ada pembayaran.
Disampaikan oleh kuasa hukumnya bahwa terlapor juga sudah dikirimkan surat somasi sampai tiga kali namun tidak ada penyelesaian ataupun i’tikad baik untuk menyelesaikan pembayarannya.
