Baru Menjabat Seumur Jagung, PA 212 Tantang Menag Fachrul Razi Mengundurkan Diri

JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Persaudaraan Alumni (PA) 212 melakukan protes keras terhadap Menteri Agama (Menag), Fachrul Razi soal rencana pelarangan cadar dan celana cingkrang di instansi pemerintahan.

PA 212 mengatakan bahwa rencana Menag berpotensi bisa membuah gaduh dan konflik di masyarakat.

“Segera menag mengundurkan diri karena telah melakukan kegaduhan terus,” kata Juru Bicara PA 212, Novel Bamukmin, Kamis (31/10/2019).

Padahal kata dia, masih banyak masalah yang lebih serius yang mesti diselesaikan Menag.

“PR Kemenag itu masih banyak dan lebih penting diselesaikan dibanding masalah cadar. Seperti jual beli jabatan, LGBT, komunis, aliran sesat, penistaan agama, pornografi dan lain sebagainya,” tegasnya.

Di sisi lain, advokat dari ACTA ini juga berpandangan larangan Kemenag berpotensi melanggar hak asasi manusia (HAM).

Usai menuai polemik, Menag belakangan menyebut bahwa pernyataannya beberapa waktu lalu bukan bertujuan untuk melarang penggunaan cadar dan celana cingkrang, melainkan hanya rekomendasi.

“Masa Menag mengeluarkan larangan? Enggak ada. Kita merekomendasi. Kan tidak ada ayat-ayat yang menguatkan penggunaan cadar. Tapi juga enggak ada yang melarang, silakan saja,” papar Fachrul di Istana Kepresidenan.
