Mangupura, beritaterkini.co.id | Polsek Mengwi berhasil meringkus pelaku Pencurian Sepeda Motor (Curanmor) di wilayah hukum Polsek Mengwi pada Minggu (17/03). Kini pelaku atas nama EI (26) mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya di Mapolsek Mengwi.

Kapolsek Mengwi Kompol I Ketut Adnyana T.J.,S.Sos.,S.H.,M.M. menerangkan, setelah menerima laporan dari korban atas nama Dewa Nyoman Utama Jaya (36) asal Sobangan Mengwi bahwa telah terjadi kehilangan sepeda motor Honda Scoopy warna coklat hitam dengan no.pol DK 2154 FBF di sebelah selatan kuburan Banjar Tegal Narungan Desa Sobangan Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung pada hari Minggu, (17/03) sekira pukul 17.00 wita. Unit opsnal reskrim polsek mengwi dipimpin oleh kanit reskrim AKP Made Mangku Bunciana, S.H. dan Panit 1 Opsnal IPDA I Made Guna Wijaya, S.H. mendatangi TKP.

Berbekal informasi serta keterangan saksi – saksi di TKP, selanjutnya opsnal reskrim Polsek Mengwi melihat ada postingan yang mencurigakan di Facebook. Kemudian opsnal polsek mengwi melakukan penyelidikan terhadap postingan sepada motor yang dijual di facebook karena sepeda motor tersebut identik dengan sepeda motor yang hilang.

“Dari hasil penyelidikan bahwa yang menjual sepeda motor tersebut diduga pelaku EI sementara Kos di Desa Gulingan, Kecamatan Mengwi dapat diamankan dan langsung dibawa ke kantor Polsek Mengwi,” terang Kapolsek, Senin, (18/03).

Dari hasil introgasi, Pelaku EI merupakan residivis pada tahun 2021 terlibat perkara pencurian. Pelaku pun mengakui telah melakukan pencurian sepeda motor Honda Scoopy warna coklat hitam dengan no.pol DK 2154 FBF di TKP.

“Modus operandinya adalah kunci nyantol dengan motif kebutuhan ekonomi. Kini pelaku disangkakan dengan Pasal 362 KUHP,” pungkasnya. (Red)
