Palembang, beritaterkini.co.id -Tim Subdit 4 Ditkrimsus Polda Sumsel berhasil menggagalkan penyeludupan 106.400 ekor benih bening lobster dengan rincian 106.085 ekor bbl jenis pasir dan 315 ekor BBL jenis mutiara di Pelabuhan Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin Selasa 14 Mei 2024.
Polda Sumsel juga menangkap dua tersangka berinisial ROS (22) dan BOJ (28) warga Desa Kepala Pasar Kelurahan Kepala Pasar Kecamatan Kaur Selatan Kabupaten Kaur, Bengkulu.
Keduanya ditangkap membawa mobil berisikan benih-benih lobster tersebut menuju Dermaga di daerah Tanjung Api-api Kabupaten Banyuasin dan selanjutnya menunggu perintah dari pelaku NT (DPO).
Kasubdit tipidter AKBP Bagus Suryo Wibowo, didampingi Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel Kombes Pol Sunarto mengatakan, pihaknya mendapatkan infomasi masyarakat tentang ada mobil yang diduga membawa BBL. Pukul 20.30 WIB tim melihat 1 unit mobil jenis pick up merk Suzuki Carry warna hitam dengan muatan ditutup terpal warna biru melintas di jalan. Kemudian tim melakukan pengejaran dan pada saat di TKP tim memberhentikan mobil tersebut lalu tim melakukan pengecekan terhadap mobil tersebut.
“Tim menanyakan kelengkapan dokumen terhadap pelaku namun pelaku tersebut tidak dapat memperlihatkan , sehingga pelaku diamankan ke kantor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sumsel untuk proses lebih lanjut,” ujarnya saat pres rilis ungkap kasus, Senin (20/05/2024).
Sementara itu, Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel Kombes Pol Sunarto menjelaskan,modus operandinya adalah Kedua tersangka diperintahkan oleh pelaku NT (DPO) untuk menunggu mobil yang membawa BBL dijalan lintas Palembang – Betung (dekat pintu Tol Musi Landas), utk selanjutnya melanjutkan membawa mobil tsb menuju dermaga di Tj api api Banyuasin dan mununggu instruksi lanjut.
“Tersangka ROS menerima upah 2 juta dan BOJ menerima upah 1,2 juta dan baru sekali ini menjalankan aksinya,” katanya.
Kombes Pol Sunarto menernagkan, kerugian negara yang berhasil diselamatkan sebanyak Rp. 15.960.000.000 (lima belas miliar sembilan ratus enam puluh juta rupiah)
Tersangka dijerat Pasal 88 Jo. Pasal 16 ayat (1) dan Pasal 92 Jo. Pasal 26 ayat (1) Undang-undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 2004 tentang Perikanan.“Setiap orang yang dengan sengaja memasukkan, mengeluarkan, mengadakan, mengedarkan, dan/atau lingkungan sumber daya ikan ke dalam dan/atau ke luar wilayah pengelolaan perikanan Republik Indonesia melakukan dan Setiap orang yang dengan sengaja di wilayah pengelolaan perikanan Republik Indonesia melakukan usaha perikanan di bidang penangkapan, pembudidayaan, pengangkutan,pengolahan, dan pemasaran ikan yang tidak memiliki SIUP”
“Ancaman pidana 6 tahun penjara dan denda 1,5 milyar. BBL telah dilepasliarkan di pantai klara 2 Prov. Lampung sebanyak 106.380 ekor,” pungkasnya. (DNL)
