Kapolsek Tabanan Kompol I Nyoman Sumantara, S.H., M.H., melalui Pawas Ipda I Wayan Sumoantara. S.H., mengatakan bahwa patroli kali ini menyasar obyek-obyek vital, seperti Kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Tabanan, Kantor KPU Kabupaten Tabanan, Pasar Dauh Pala, Terminal Persiapan dan perbankan.
“Selain itu, juga menyasar tempat keramaian malam lainnya yang berpotensi terjadinya gangguan kamtibmas,” kata Pawas.
Selain melaksanakan patroli, Personel juga menyampaikan himbauan kepada warga, untuk turut serta berperan aktif dalam menjaga Kamtibmas, khususnya di Wilayah Hukum Kecamatan Tabanan, menjelang Pilkada Serentak mendatang, sehingga tercipta situasi yang tenang dan aman.
“Kami himbau kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat untuk tetap mempertahankan situasi Kamtibmas yang telah kondusif ini. Jangan mudah terprovokasi dengan berita medsos konfirmasi kebenaran berita kepada yang berwenang. Mari kita jaga Tabanan secara bersama sama agar tetap aman dan nyaman serta damai,” tutupnya.
