Palembang, beritaterkini.co.id -Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat POSE RI mencurigai adanya potensi kerugian negara di atas Rp 1 milyar pada salah satu proyek pengadaan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi (Kominfo) Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.
Dugaan korupsi pengadaan 10 titik internet publik dalam Kota Sekayu tersebut terendus, setelah dilakukan pengetesan aktifasi jaringan internet.
Hasilnya, tidak satu pun titik yang bisa terkoneksi ke jaringan internet meski sudah dilakukan pengetesan dengan beberapa perangkat dan gawai.
Padahal, anggaran untuk biaya internet publik di Dinas Kominfo Muba per bulan mencapai lebih dari Rp 90 juta dan telah berjalan sejak tahun 2022 lalu.
“Adanya indikasi kegiatan fiktif dalam proyek pengadaan internet publik di Dinas Kominfo, dengan potensi kerugian negara bisa diatas satu milyar rupiah. POSE RI sudah mengantongi bukti otentik terkait dugaan korupsi ini, dan akan melayangkan laporan secara resmi ke Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Selatan,” ungkap Ketua Umum POSE RI Desri SH kepada media ini Kamis (01/7/2024).
Menurut Desri, dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pada Dinas Kominfo Muba terkait internet publik ini disinyalir dilakukan dengan cukup rapi dan diduga melibatkan beberapa pihak termasuk Kepala Dinas Kominfo Muba.
“Pada tanggal 10 Juli 2024 POSE RI akan mengadakan aksi di halaman Kejati Sumsel terkait temuan ini. kita akan mendesak Kejati Sumsel agar segera menaikkan temuan ini ke tahap penyidikan,” ungkap Desri.
Lebih lanjut dirinya berharap, Aparat Penegak Hukum bisa segera menetapkan tersangka terhadap oknum-oknum yang ada di Dinas Kominfo Muba jika nanti benar ditemukan kerugian negara.
“Segera periksa dan tetapkan sebagai tersangka bagi oknum-oknum yang ada di Dinas Kominfo termasuk juga Kepala Dinas jika ditemukan kerugian negara. Hukum seberat-beratnya sesuai dengan UU Tindak Pidana Korupsi,” tutup Desri. (**)
