CIREBON, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Tercapainya zona integritas menuju WBK dan WBBM bukan hanya dilakukan oleh tim satuan kerja yang ada di unit pelaksana kerja (UPT) itu, melainkan semua pihak yang bekerja di UPT tersebut harus sejalan dengan 6 area perubahan yang sudah ditetapkan.
Untuk hal tersebut Agus Hariadi, Staf Ahli Memteri Hukum dan HAM RI Bidang Hubungan Antar Lembaga yang didampingi Dewa Putu Gede Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan Ahli Utama pada Kanwil Kemenkumham Jawa Barat memberikan penguatan dan pendampingan kepada UPT Pemasyarakatan Ciayumajakuning ( yang menuju WBK Lapas Kelas I Cirebon, Bapas Kelas I Cirebon dan Lapas Kelas IIB Majalengka, menuju WBBM Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Cirebon dan Rutan Kelas I Cirebon) yang diadakan di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA, Selasa (18/08/20.
“Dalam pembangunan ZI seluruh pegawai harus meningkatkan dan menjaga integritas,sehingga seluruhnya terbebas dari praktek perbuatan yang tercela yang mencederai amanah rakyat,” tutur Agus.
“Meningkatkan pemahaman pembangunan ZI mulai dari tingkat pimpinan sampai ke seluruh anggota unit kerja. Pembangunan ZI bukan hanya menekankan data atau dokumen pendukung WBK atau WBBM saja,karena yang terpenting adalah prakteknya,” tambahnya.
Pendampingan yang dilaksanakan dengan cara simulasi Desk Evaluasi Tim Penilaian Nasional (TPN) dilakukan 2 sesi dan semirip mungkin dengan cara yang akan dilakukan oleh TPN nantinya.
Simulasi dilakukan selama 30 menit, diawali dengan yel-yel, penayangan video profil satuan kerja dan paparan oleh Kepala satuan kerja selama 20 menit pertama dan 10 menit penyampaian evaluasi dan arahan dari narasumber.
