Bahkan, tak hanya meminta pensiun dini, Agus juga tidak menuntut apapun dari Polri.
Hal itu ia lakukan lantaran tak tahan dengan sikap atasannya, Kapolres Blitar AKBP Ahmad Fanani.
“Saya sudah siap mengundurkan diri dari Polri. Surat ini saya sampaikan ke Kapolda Jatim juga kepada Kapolri,” kata Agus.
Atas keputusannya itu, Agus meminta maaf pada orang-orang terkasihnya.
Saat mendatangi Mapolda Jatim pada Kamis (1/10/2020), matanya tampak berkaca-kaca menahan tangis. Suaranya pun terdengar parau.
“Untuk isteri saya, jangan khawatir, kita masih bisa makan dengan garam,” demikian kata Agus berulang kali mengucapkan kalimat tersebut, melansir Kompas TV.
Agus juga meminta maaf pada rekan-rekannya.
“Semua teman-teman saya, adik-adik saya suporter sepakbola Blitar dan para pendekar Pencak Dor Blitar,” ujar Agus.
Agus menuturkan, tidak dapat menerima perlakuan Ahmad Fanani yang kerap memakinya dengan sebutan binatang dan ucapan yang tak pantas lainnya.
“Bukan hanya kepada saya tapi kepada semua bawahannya,” kata Agus Tri.
Kemudian, Agus menilai Kapolres juga kerap berlaku sewenang-wenang dengan mencopot anak buahnya tanpa melakukan pembinaan terlebih dulu.
“Saya tidak kuat lagi menjadi bawahan Kapolres dan saya mengajukan pensiun dini tanpa menuntut apapun dari Polri,” tutur dia.
Sebelum mundur, Agus juga melaporkan Kapolres Blitar ke Polda Jatim atas dugaan aksi pembiaran judi sabung ayam dan penambangan liar di wilayah Blitar. (Red/Aj)
