Sesuai Vidio yang beredar bahwasannya
Pada menit 1.09 pada saat akan pasang papannya,pihak orang Hendra dan istri akan menyebutkan saya keluar dulu
Pada menit 1.11 istri Hendra meminta untuk keluar.
Pada menit 1.13 s/d 1.19 istri Muhaji dan Muhaji memberikan ruang untuk mereka keluar sebelum papan pemberitahuan dan memberikan ruang untuk bapak hendra, istri dan anaknya
Pada menit 1.21 s/d 1.22 ada perintah dari bapak hendra ( yang mengaku disekap ) untuk Muhaji melakukan pentupan
Dalam press releasernya,Kapendam mengungkap bahwa Pelda Muhaji merupakan pemilik lahan yang sah sesuai bukti bayar pajak dan SHM bernomor 11392 yang dikeluarkan oleh BPN Provinsi Bali pada April 2020 lalu
Beberapa kali Pelda Muhaji menemui Hendra dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dengan memberi somasi dan beberapa opsi termasuk kompensasi dan mengontrak rumah untuk sdr Hendra ditempat lain,sehingga Pelda Muhaji dapat menggunakan haknya diatas lahan tersebut, namun tidak mendapat respon positif dari saudara Hendra
Oleh karena berlarutnya permasalahan sengketa tanah dan bangunan tersebut didahului pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada saudara Hendra pada hari Jumat 2 Oktober 2020 Pelda Muhaji mengambil langkah memasang plang kepemilikan sah lahan an Muhaji nomor 11392 dan penyegelan didepan rumah kontrakan sdr Hendra dan keluarganya berkemauan keluar dari rumah tanah sengketa tersebut.
