Agus mengungkapkan Status Habib Rizieq dalam sistem Portal Imigrasi Kerajaan Arab Saudi masih ” BLINKING MERAH” atau belum bisa keluar dari Negara tersebut.
“Berdasarkan Komunikasi kami dengan Pemerintah Kerajaan Arab Saudi, bahwa Sisi detik ini Nama Mohammad Rizieq Shihab ( MRS) dalam sistem Portal Imigrasi Kerajaan Arab Saudi masih ” BLINKING MERAH”, kata Agus yang saat ini berada di Mekkah kepada detikcom, Rabu 14/10/2020.
” BLINKING MERAH” masih belum bisa keluar dari Saudi,” tegas Agus.
Agus mengungkapkan, dalam Sistem Portal Imigrasi itu, tertulis alasan HRS MASIH beetuliskan “BLINKING MERAH”, diantaranya Visa habis dan melanggar undang – undang Negara setempat
” Dengan tulisan ” TA’SYIRAT MUTANAHITAH
(visa habis) dan dalam kolom lain tertulis juga
” MUTAKHALIF ZIYARAH” ( Oversty dengan Visa kunjungan), dan masih ada juga kolom
“MA’LUMAT AL-MUKHALIF” ( data tentang Pelanggar ), dan di kolom foto MRS ditulis
” SURAH Al – MUKHLAF” foto pelanggar,” tegas Agus kepada detikcom.
Agus juga menjelaskan Arab Saudi tidak pernah mendiskriminasi Warga Negara Asing (WNA), dalam hal denda dan hukuman bagi pelanggar Keimigrasian, sebab kata dia, sudah ada sistem baku yang mengatur hal tersebut.
Sebelumnya ada kabar soal HRS yang diungkap Ketum FPI dari mobil komando demo tolak UU Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja, ketum FPI itu KH Ahmad Shobari Lubis menyatakan HRS akan segeraPulang ke Tanah Air.
